Disgusting, dirty and 3rd graded hotel!! This hotel has rated themselves as a comfort and 4 star hotel but their online reviews and pics don't match the reality at all. They are a dirty, substandard and disgusting hotel. When I checked in all rooms were smelling of intense smoke- the non smoking ones as well! The bell boy was trying to influence the decision of the receptionist by saying there was no smoke smell. When I insisted and fought, they changed the room but even the non smoking rooms smelt of smoke. Once I checked in I was surprised to see the interiors were 3rd graded and below standard and were equivalent to a budget hotel. The walls had paint and stickers peeling off. The furniture had burn mark stains from cigarettes. There were some random stains on the walls. The air condition was a split unit and there was a big structure in the room making it ugly. Room setup too was congested and not well planned and spacious. Luckily I have only one night here and unfortunately this was prepaid through my tour agent (roadrunners) and hence I could do nothing about it. But had it been my own booking I would definitely cancel it and switch to another decent and class hotel. And to add to all the misery I just discovered the air conditioning isn't working. I opened the Google reviews and found that many people have complained about this in the past so it's not something they can post an excuse about. They know that their ac doesn't work. When I called the reception to inform about this she told me to open the windows...seriously!!!!!!! Is this your customer service. I will further write about this to a Consumer rights authority in Turkey or some authority where this review is taken into Consideration and they will be penalised for this.

The reception is friendly and there is a hotel parking service. The rooms were good, clean and the mattresses a little harder. How good the location is, how noisy it is, at least when you have sea view. The hotel is just at the main circle with access to the ferry, so unfortunately only from 3-4 clock comes back and the many dogs with their clocks provide additional noise. The hotel is OK, perhaps the restaurant is a little too expensive.

The hotel and surrounding neighborhoods are a bit of a literary style. It is convenient to go to the seaside ferry and visit the surrounding neighborhoods, and there are many restaurants to eat. However, if you drive by car, you will have to pay for parking. There is a street parking lot of 15 lire a day. It seems that the hotels are in the streets and there is no free parking. The breakfast is very good, the small garden is also very beautiful, and the overall feeling is good.

Mi sono fermato in questa struttura solo per una notte, per viaggio d'affari. La struttura è abbastanza fuori mano ma raggiungibile comodamente in auto o taxi e consiglio queste due opzioni. Ho trovato la camera accogliente con tutto il necessario. Ho riposato bene, pochissimi rumori ma niente di particolare. Il personale mi ha accolto con gentilezza, La stanza era grande. Bagno piccolo che a mio avviso andrebbe sistemato. A mio avviso ottimo per brevi soste. Ci ritornerei qualora ne avessi bisogno.

The hotel is not called by this name. The actual name is shown in the picture. The location of the map icon is right. Fortunately, there is a specific house number. I have been leading the way when I meet a kind person to help find the house number, and I believe this is my hotel! If you press the name, you won’t find it! But the location is very good, very close to the pier where you get off the bus, although it is in a tourist area, it is quiet in the middle of noisy! There is also a lovely elevator for one person with a trolley suitcase. The breakfast is very good, the restaurant has a special feeling!

Very friendly staff, room was huge, had couches, TV, mini dining room, good size bedroom and for a really reasonable price. Only stayed one night but could easily have felt comfortable up to 2 weeks in a room of such great size. If venturing to see Gallipoli this is definitely a great base from which to do the day trips

The economic choice for accommodation, very large than the average room, but the room had too many mosquitoes, wheat were not in the windows and the air conditioner was not working. Spent three nights here in November 2022. The place is very close to all there is to see in Canakkale, plus it is easy to go to both Troy and Gallipoli from here. The rooms are good value considering the price, and the host is simply amazing. He's an old man who really goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable, and to help you with any problems you may have. He even serves you breakfast for free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Canakkale!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is well designed with stylish decor. Our room was small but had most of what we needed and was very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the tram station so well positioned vs major attractions. Rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is tasty and with a fair amount of choices. The only complaint about the room is the bathroom shower which has a half wall, so the water goes everywhere, soaking the bathroom floor. But these half shower walls seem to be common in hotels across Europe - poor design in my opinion. Aside from this, I recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff members, very friendly and helpful. They don't speak English but they treat you like you're family. The room is very small (as big as a queen size bed) but the location is right in the center of everything. The bus from the otogar (c9) also stops right around the corner. The only con about this place is that there's a bar across the street which plays loud music until 2am on the weekend. Weekdays are not bad, just street noise.

First of all, rez. I had a question 1 day before I went. I called the hotel and asked if there is an opportunity to postpone it to next week. They sent RES files because there is a covid process, so that it can show that if there is an alarm call on the road, the location of the hotel is 1 minute like Canakkale, the ferry terminal, the parking lot is controlled by the camera and compared to the surrounding The hotel is wide, the staff is very good, the breakfast is very good, mixed breakfast, there is a very beautiful garden and indoor area, a modern building similar to a gourmet cafe, clean and spacious air-conditioning, combined boiler, although I am very satisfied I stayed for 1 night without any problems. Hee KDR is perfect, only the negative side is that it is the road leading to the main street, on the street of the hotel a bit noisy taxi engine crossing, but it doesn't matter to go to the hotel. I really recommend this line to protect its employees, and if I go again, our location is sure.

The pillows were not the fluffiest but they were more than adequate. Check-in was easy. The room was clean, tidy and had everything I needed for a 3 night stay. There was water in the mini fridge. The A/C was a blessing altough it would have been nice if it went a little lower than 18 degrees. The location was excellent, right in the centre of Cannakale, great for the shops, harbour & restaurants. House-keeping were on it every morning and the staff were very pleasant and engaging. Breakfast was more than ample, with traditional Turkish and a variation on continental options. The only downside I can think of was the music coming from across the rear courtyard which continued into the early hours. Closing the windows helped with the sound. This hotel is part of three, if you are thinking of booking go for this one as I believe it to be the best of them. There is the Comfort & the Anzac. The Grand is the best of the three and the price was very good. I think it was £24 per night for B&B.

The room is very small (as big as a queen size bed) but the location is right in the center of everything. The bus from the otogar (c9) also stops right around the corner. The only con about this place is that there's a bar across the street which plays loud music until 2am on the weekend. Weekdays are not bad, just street noise.

Disgusting, dirty and 3rd graded hotel!! This hotel has rated themselves as a comfort and 4 star hotel but their online reviews and pics don't match the reality at all. They are a dirty, substandard and disgusting hotel. When I checked in all rooms were smelling of intense smoke- the non smoking ones as well! The bell boy was trying to influence the decision of the receptionist by saying there was no smoke smell. When I insisted and fought, they changed the room but even the non smoking rooms smelt of smoke. Once I checked in I was surprised to see the interiors were 3rd graded and below standard and were equivalent to a budget hotel. The walls had paint and stickers peeling off. The furniture had burn mark stains from cigarettes. There were some random stains on the walls. The air condition was a split unit and there was a big structure in the room making it ugly. Room setup too was congested and not well planned and spacious. Luckily I have only one night here and unfortunately this was prepaid through my tour agent (roadrunners) and hence I could do nothing about it. But had it been my own booking I would definitely cancel it and switch to another decent and class hotel. And to add to all the misery I just discovered the air conditioning isn't working. I opened the Google reviews and found that many people have complained about this in the past so it's not something they can post an excuse about. They know that their ac doesn't work. When I called the reception to inform about this she told me to open the windows...seriously!!!!!!! Is this your customer service. I will further write about this to a Consumer rights authority in Turkey or some authority where this review is taken into Consideration and they will be penalised for this.
