入住體驗非常差，首先攜程圖片跟實際入住房間嚴重不符，要求換房型被告知是特價房，訂的又不是最便宜的，還説是特價房。然後不能換就算了，房間水龍頭特別小，馬桶還是晃的，我真是無語，連維修的錢都沒有？晚上在被子上還發現了蜘蛛，還被告知明早才能換房間，都爬過一個蜘蛛了，晚上還能睡得着？然後後來又説能換，説虧錢給我們換，真是笑了，住不住房間都空在那還虧錢換房間，頭一次聽説。總體來説入住體驗很差。而且房間面積很小，入住選擇請慎重。

服務態度很差，接待的愛答不理，還讓人把身份證拍照發給她，就算登記入住了。身份證照片是人家的私隱。還有裏面的投影，都出畫了，沒法看。洗澡都轉不開身
