Our 1 night stay was good but the girl in reception is kinda rude, if we ask for a favor or question she will make face and looks tired while doing the favor or answering us. Also, the breakfast is good but small choices. But the rest are ally good and other staff.

Close to the station, but it means so loud. Clean evreything, but too tiny room for 4 people..

The room we bought is not worth the money we paid, it was very expensive, plus how come there is a normal bed, they put 50 beds in one room, they throw them away whoever comes there the heating system of the room is not working, we changed three rooms, we had the same problem in all of them, I do not recommend it

For the price, the facilities are clean and always well organized.
It's right in front of the central station, so it's easily accessible and easy to get around.
I recommend it as it is close to downtown Aachen and you can go to all the tourist attractions on foot.
There is no water or refrigerator in the room, but you can purchase necessary items in the lobby.

Bunk bed sheets are self-made. It was so hard.
There is a fee for the underground parking lot, but it was nice that the nearby street parking lot was free at night.
