We booked 3 rooms cos we have 5 adults - 1 double which came with breakfast and 2 x twin room which we paid. However, we were charged 4 breakfasts I.e. 149DKK x 4 when there are 3 persons. I am seeking a refund of 149DKK. Quite disappointing when the front line staff knew that only 1 person is staying in one of the twin room and yet charged 2 pax breakfasts.

Facilities: Everything is very new. Hygiene: The overall cleanliness is excellent. Environment: Everything is great. Service: The staff are all very responsible and attentive. Overall, it was a good experience. I stayed with my friends and family, and everyone had a great time.

It was okay because everything was new but it did feel very budget everything and not so cosy. no kettle no phone nothing just bed and tv and shower.
