They charged extra for a quieter room, on a per-night basis. The front desk charged me directly and sent the bill to my email, but didn't tell me the new room access code, effectively locking me out. Housekeeping needs to be requested by 6 PM the day before, or they won't clean. Even if you request it and confirm with the front desk, they might still not clean it. The staff only trust their computers, and everything revolves around them. It seems like guest feedback is ignored.

Great location, clean and very convenient to walk around the city however you need to have your cellphone roaming there as the hotel just text you the code to open the door, there is no tissue box or a kettle or anything just a bed with pillow and blanket.

Located right next to the fjord. Scenic. Room is comfy. Good amenities. Very comfortable bed. First choice if I visit Aalborg again. A must have .... Princes Juliana, a restaurant on a boat.
