No WiFi on the fifth floor. I mentioned this to the people at the reception desk several times but they did not really care. Air conditioning also did not work properly. Shower cabin tiny, and leaky. Toilet did not flush very well. Dinner buffet mediocre. On the second evening they had forgotten that there were two vegetarians so they threw together tomato and mozarella. Breakfast buffet: no eggs, no fresh fruit. Bar tender very friendly, excellent cappuccino.

The route to the swimming pool was the elevator from the second floor to the fourth floor. But the elevator did not function. I pressed all the buttons. When i wanted to leave the elevator, suddenly the door closed and my full body was stucked between the door. Very painfull. Spooky elevator s there.

1 star review, just because zero is not allowed. The hotel has no parking and no parking agreement... Excellent, for a hotel that is in the center and which, on paper, would have parking.... The room was clean, too bad it had no soap or shampoo and dirt bag. Room temperature close to 30°C, without the possibility of lowering it (so at the end of December you sleep on the sheets and with the window open). Needless to say, the temperature in the corridors was lower than outside. The semi-renovated (blind) bathroom, with miniature shower cubicle, missing skirting board and stagnant water. Non-existent fan... But the real flaw is the restaurant! Steps for the breakfast buffet (even hot drinks!), poor and sp****... But lunch and dinner are also buffets ("New Year's Eve dinner" included), with long queues, insufficient food despite being served by waiters ( who don't know what they are for "we don't know")... This is really too much. Not to mention the Maitre, rude and absolutely useless. Ah... The spa closed...

All in all it was good, we ended up on a weekend with dancers at the conference, who danced until late at night and those who had rooms in the wing above the room dedicated to the conference were up until 4 in the morning. Spacious rooms, very clean, as are the bathrooms. There are various swimming pools that we did not use due to lack of time; You need a headset to enter and those who don't have one can purchase one at reception. Very kind and friendly staff. With the hotel fully booked and an elevator not working, there was often a long queue and so those who could took the stairs. The entrance hall is large and the various rooms bordering the dining room, which is very elegant and welcoming... shame about the total disorganization for dinner, where we were informed only upon arrival that it would be a buffet, half with a group of Hungarians, who should have arrived half an hour after us... it's a shame that it was served after 20 minutes (we were punctual at the time requested... the kitchen and therefore the dining room staff were not) and therefore they overlap the two groups as well as other groups of various nationalities (about 300 people for dinner) each looking for their own buffet. Only 5 waiters in the room. The dinner didn't go badly, the pre-established menu was respected and what's more we were given a further taste of the first course. The hotel is quite central, about 800m from the historic center; in the immediate vicinity there are shops and bars. We recommend it to those who stay one night, those who are passing through and certainly to groups. The price is very good.

We went in a group to visit, everything seemed fine to us until we arrived at this hotel. The old hotel, spring mattress, the springs were getting stuck in you. The small bathtub (be careful with obese people like me, if you get in you don't get out) the cistern does not drain the water. Let's go with dinner, very bad, it's a bit bad quality etc...

Absolutely insufficient experience. If this shack has 4 stars, you definitely need to ask questions about how the stars are assigned. Dated and decidedly decadent structure, bordering on dilapidated. Old-fashioned room, very hot with no possibility of lowering the temperature, very few electrical sockets. Spa not accessible. Buffet catering also includes hot dishes, with the result of 300 people queuing between the tables, forcing people to take all the dishes at the same time and then have them cool on the table. Grumpy and uneducated waitress. WiFi not working. Parking not accessible. Inadequate number of elevators, with very long waits. The only positive comment is that the staff (with the exception of the Maitre mentioned above) was kind and helpful. Absolutely to avoid.

Hotel horroroso.
