Very rude owners and family staffed all rude screamed in my face because I want able to leave at 11 am was 1105 am that I was done cleaning room and gathering belongings to leave .. the desk is judgemental I reserved room with deposit I went to rent room they said no rooms even tho I put a deposit on line that guaranteed me to obtain room ..no refund nothing .will never give my money to anyone who thinks Americans are disgusting . Again

I really enjoyed my stay here. I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, comfortability, and affordability of my room. I had never stayed at a Red Roof before, but I will definitely stay here again.

Room had stains on sheets. The entire property around the motel was covered in cigarette buds.

Room was clean however I booked a superior king room & that is not what I received. It was a room with a king size bed but it definitely didn't match the pics for what I booked the room was so small there was NO EXTRA SPACE

- Dirty room and filthy beds. Asked for changing the bedsheets as those were full of dirty spots... The replacement bed sheets were similar or worse in condition! - The AC/heater was not working. Only the fan was working - Lights were flickering and fixtures were falling off - Pile of garbage in the corridor - bad smell in room Overall no maintenance of the rooms. The person in the front desk was polite and helpful though. Will never stay in another Red Roof Inn

Bad Update the rooms. Coffee maker no filter. Safes dont work, tissue in the hole of the peep hole.
