The worst hotel I've stayed at in years (decades?). Dirty carpets, both stained and in need of a hoover. Loud traffic noise from adjacent road. mysterious locked room in the flat didn't set my mind at ease. As a single woman travel I didn't feel safe. Left as soon as possible in the morning .

Great location for City and Deeside. Also on bus route. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine available. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Fish and chip shop and supermarket very close by.

Disappointed with communication from this property. Requested a car park when we booked 4 months ago and only informed day before that non available. Another person booking in advised they only booked a month ago and got one. The entrance is not as per the pictures but down the back of the driveway. Appears as though some of the rooms are owner occupied. There was no receptionist service either on our arrival or departure. An area out back was filthy with cigarette butts strewn over the ground. The front of the property had a lot of rubbish lying around Room was of a satisfactory standard.

We booked two apartments at this property, and they were simple, clean, and reminded us of cozy university accommodations. Right upon entering there were separate rooms with doors for Bedroom 1 and 2, living area, Kitchen and Bathroom. It would’ve been more convenient if there was a lift, as we had to carry our luggage up two floors.

Late check in worked a treat, car park superb. Apartment is big, very spacious, 3 seater and 2 seater settee in the lounge, big bedroom and decently appointed kitchen, it’s functional, but definitely not the exclusive luxury suite advertised. Oh and breakfast, one croissant, jam and a Bob of butter, £9.00!! No serial bar, yogurt or milk as detailed in the guest info. Would I stay again? Maybe if there was nowhere else suitable available. Now if it was advertised as basic, functional large self contained apartments, I would come back, because that is what it is!
