Easy booking system and kept up to datewith email communication. Richard, the lovely host rang on the date prior to our arrival to discuss parking and arrival times. He was there to greet us on arrival and was extremely polite and helpful. The room, double bed, sofa, cooking facilities and bathroom were immaculately clean. Close to Sofia Gardens for the cricket or a short walk into town so served our needs. Lovely stay. Will definately be returning for our annual trip next year

Accommodation of a high standard , lovely spacious apartments. Excellent facilities, immaculately clean. Comfortable and close to centre. Just perfect . The only thing stopping me rate it as excellent is the parking is a bit tight. Luckily for me there were no other cars in the car park so it was fine.

thought the space would be a little more 'open' flow, but comfortable place to stay. we were only there for one night, but the fact that it had two bathrooms for our family of 5 was great. heated towel racks lovely addition. basic accomodations, but efficient. should have an easier description on how to access the actual unit especially at night and in the rain.

Amazing Apartment. Felt like Home. All the staff were really nice and very helpful. Managed to stay another week due to flight issue and this was at a discounted price. Thank you to all the kind staff for accommodating me and my pets. 🥰❤.... Merry Xmas and a Wondrrul Happy New Year!!!!🤗😘🥳

Perfect for what we needed, which was a one-night family stay at that end of town. Absolute steal at the price compared to a hotel. Facilities all good. Staff really friendly and helpful. A few small scuffs (heating a bit OTT, doors heavy and squeaky, main bathroom a little dated and cracked) but really no complaints.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfy beds, helpful and friendly booking experience. These apartments are in a great location at the city end of cathedral road, walking distance from the castle, Principality Stadium and all the shops. Couldn’t be better. Excellent value, we will be back.

We stayed in The Spires Cardiff and would highly recommend. Excellent location, check-in was very straight forward. Apartment had everything we needed for a short comfortable stay with our family. Will definitely be returning.

Studio apartment very well equipped for an overnight stay. Very close to the city centre. We used on street parking a 5 minute walk away. The bed was very comfortable. Shower gel, shampoo and soap provided. Towels and a hair dryer also provided.
