Shame there's a £10 fee for checking in early. A bit dated but clean + functional room. Friendly staff - when I asked for more milk they asked if I needed anything else topping up. Also a friendly welcome given at breakfast. Good central location.

Good budget hootel in the city centre. The unlimited breakfast is a exceedingly good deal . We'll worth the money to set you up for the day. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room aswell. ✨️

Excellent location. We spent just one night here, and where happy with the stay. We were located in town and this was perfect location for our shopping trip.. We asked for a top floor room which we had, but we were facing Bridge street and would be a good idea to ask for a room on the other side of the hotel which would be quieter.

Ideal place to stay as it's so close to all conveniences, shopping center next door. Just minutes from the bus and train station and all the shops you could ever need .The hotel itself is good maintained and the rooms are clean and fresh. I recommend this place.

The worst place I have ever stayed! Nightclub music till 3am, then screaming people in street once nightclub closed. A restaurant that has no interest in serving customers, awful atmosphere & the rudest staff I have ever encountered! Staff need customer service training. Dirty rooms, stained towels & sheets, **********s in bathroom. If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. WARNING! AVOID!

This hotel is well managed, runs like clockwork has the most friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, (very busy tho!) good choice on evening menu too. Clean, fresh and comfy beds making for a good night's sleep. Enjoyed the coffee machine in the room. For the price I paid was very happy with stay, will def stay again. Thank you
