Considering it's a Travelodge and the low price, I guess I can't complain too much. Check-in was fine, had a room to the back so no evening noise as the streets all around are very busy at night on weekends with students - lots of bars and clubs in proximity. Room was just a dire though, really showing its age. Plus located next to the cleaning cupboard meant listening to them banging the door every 5 minutes whenever they were collecting supplies in the morning. - Dirty stained carpets - Mould all round window - Cigarette burns on windowsill, curtains and chair - Grotty bath, 'anti-slip' matt the furthest thing from white - Mouldy shower curtain - Every single towel had rips in them, one with makeup stain - Vanity unit on it's last legs, dents and holes in the wood so could see into the plumbing below! Also couldn't get a good phone signal indoors throughout the whole hotel unless standing at the window, and of course Travelodge only has 30 mins free WiFi. Didn't use the breakfast as there's plenty options very close by.
