Aberdeen Lighthouse Cottages - Coastal, Dolphins

Location: The cottages are situated in a unique and peaceful location, ideal for relaxation and offering breathtaking views. They are close to the sea, with opportunities to watch dolphins, and a short drive from the city, making them perfect for a serene getaway.

My wife booked here at a very last minute for us and our two teenage daughters, reviewing a few sites and pictures including those on TA, and at a price within our budget for the week. We all agreed that we are glad we came here. We were greeted by the owner (Jeremy), who was very polite and accommodating throughout our stay. He showed us through the apartment, which was clean and well presented. Plenty of space for all the family, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. When the curtains and shades were closed in the bedroom, it remained dark, including in the morning, which did confuse us!! The kitchen area was modern, and had most of your requirements, but not sure how much was left behind from others, and how much was provided. However, the whole stay and experience was very good. There were a few real minor points (including slow Wi-Fi oddly placed bedroom furniture, and an old school pull system lavatory that dripped), so this is why I can't give a 5 star rating. However, if I had the opportunity to stay here again, I would, and I would recommend. And I you will not be disappointed. Please do note, that it is a good 30 minutes walk into the city, so don't book if you want to see the city, but you can always drive, which makes it about 10 minutes away!
