14th April , stayed 1 night and had dinner. the hotel looks tired and downtrodden and we almost didn't go in But the inside is much fresher, and the staff are very helpful and professional. The receptionist was very helpful and the restaurant were too. Jennifer and her male colleague were friendly and were understanding when we asked to move because of the loud music.

We have booked a family room for long weekend away in Aberdeen, room could of been a bit bigger for a family of 4 but it was spotless so it wasnt a big issue Girls on reception are friednly and very welcoming, nothing is too much hassle The lady on check out with long dark hair ( I think manager) was lovely and took time to talk to us and helped with our suitcases to the car as we have 2 small children We didnt go to eat in the table table as had plans with family Car park is very big and free Overall grat stay, will definitely be back

Had another amazing weekend, only our second time here but wouldn't stay anywhere else. Very friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nothing but perfect, and an amazing nights sleep. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet hotel where you have everything around you. The estaurant has amazing affordable food with lovely staff.

To be fair this is a standard Premier Inn when it comes to the accommodation. And generally the staff attempt to be helpful. I have used this hotel numerous times over the past three years. HOWEVER, my last two visits have been poor. Premier Inn have a new system for bookings and passing meal information to their associated restaurants, in this case "Table Table". On my last visit this system failed on two of the three nights I stayed and I was forced to wander too and fro between the hotel and the restaurant until after about two hours they managed to sort it out. You'd think that would put me off, but no, on this month's trip to Aberdeen, I find myself in the same hotel. This time, despite me confirming at reception when I check in, I go through for breakfast, to be told sorry "you're not on our list, you need to speak with the hotel. An hour later, I give up and head to a van on the local industrial estate. Where I purchased a much nicer breakfast for half the price. Not the point.... just rubbish customer service that these two companies cannot find work around for what is obviously teething issues with a new system. I got a them and us attitude from the staff of both the hotel and the restaurant. But no one appeared to have either the authority or the will to fix the issue. Shame... I can't comment on other Premier inns, but my advice is to give this one a miss for the foreseeable future. 😡

Last minute trip to visit family. Great value for the area, good location, friendly staff, room was modern and clean, comfy bed. Attached pub was welcoming for a pint and to watch the football game on the tv.

Night staff banged on my door after 12am I thought there was a raid or something happening he was shouting through the door telling me if I didn't open up he would be coming in and then told me to stop shouting through the door which I wasn't as I had already said the TV was turned down as it went loud at the end of the film as staff I know to keep noise down but i am glad I was not on my own as his aggressive rude behaviour was frightening. Didn't get much sleep due to the threat of him coming in the room.

Basic hotel with small family rooms . Told receptionist that someone was smoking **** near us and that room was stinking of it and that had 2 young children in our room . Male receptionist never batted an eyelid and said he wouldn’t be able to smell it as he had a blocked nose and never bothered to go ask them to stop

I was woken by a staff member banging on my door at 1am, I went to the door and the staff member could be seen further down the corridor. All that the male staff member said was ‘wrong door’. He did not apologize for banging on a wrong door, I re entered the room and the commotion had also woken my child up. In the morning I tried to go for a shower, it could only be described as a dribble that came out. I tried various things to remedy this and unblocked many nozzles on the shower head that were filled with dirt but it made no difference. I went down to reception and explained about the shower, I was met with ‘ what can I do about that’….. no ideas were forthcoming from a staff member until I asked if I could use a shower in another room which they obliged. I have stayed in this particular location numerous times and haven’t had an issue until now.
