很順利地辦理入住，卻很失望，竟然在地下室。 晚上睡覺的時候聽得到天花板上傳來的雜音，打算泡熱茶，提供熱水的機器每次卻只有65ml的出水量，很不方便。

Great location, room immaculate, great air con as I was in room 8 which is down several floors and so hot when I arrived. Was braw and cool very quickly. Check in and check out staff really lovely. Can remotely check out, leaving door cards but I went into the bar to check out, as they let you leave your luggage; which is fab as I went shopping. Have a further 2 stays booked here. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. We barely walked more than 40 yards from the hotel to go to the 4 venues we were going to that night and lots of other bars and restaurants nearby. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly(we lost our keys and they replaced them). The communal coffee area in the hotel is superb for an early morning coffee/hot chocolate. The room was mostly lovely with great bed, shower and lots of towels. The only reason for my review score of 4 and not 5 is the damp smell in the rooms. It’s totally understandable as the rooms are downstairs and get very little ventilation, so not sure how they could resolve this. Even with this, we will definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff.

The property was fine, a great value for the money. But it is not a good option for folks with disabilities. Many steps and no elevator. The staff was great. Would work best for backpacking or college adults. Everything was within walking distance.

Definitely stay again Really friendly lady at check in and out. Hotel was well situated and the room was clean, comfortable and had great air conditioning. Whirlpool bath with overhead shower, lovely Scottish shampoo, conditioner and hand wash. I will definitely stay here again. It would have been difficult if my partner was with me as he is waiting on a hip replacement and there were a lot of stairs to the room I was in.

Great little neighborhood. Staff was very accommodating. Beds were off. Strong smells in the hallways.
