Location is good, but they don't offer tea coffee in the room, also my laundry was delayed, room telephone was not working therefore I have to go to reception for any requirements. Breakfast was good. But the staff was cooperative. And room also cleaned.

The positive:the rooms are functionnal, good bedding, crisp air con, WIFI working, hotel is tidy. Room for improvement: The restaurant and bar: food is average at best. severla items are running out and are not available( ie : draught beer on a saturday evening- sliced bread on a thursday @20:30 depsite the restaurant advertising promotions on sandwiches). My biggest issue was with Breakfast: coffee machines ( both) out of order on a few occasions- shortage of juice- stale pastry on a sunday morning(!??). Room cleanlyness: small details such as water marks on the balck painted door of the bathroom ( not a train smash- it just gives a negative impression). Overall an ok business hotel on a budget, nicely located in the cneter of Abidjan.

Check-in at the reception took over 20 minutes. We had booked a standard twin room. They gave us a room with a small queen bed. We told them that the hotel had confirmed two separate beds - but the unhelpful receptionist just dismissed us. The room was small and claustrophobic. It had a small window and was Cluttered with unnecessary racks. Only one small bottle of water was given for the two of us. The intercom did not work. The pillows were so thick that it was impossible to use them. No toiletries in the bathroom. We spent two uncomfortable nights at this hotel.

So, I visited ibis in July for 3 weeks with my husband for a short term getaway and was completely satisfied with the service they offered us. I recommend that everyone wanting to visit Abidjan comes to Ibis!! I was honestly so happy with my stay, the food, the layout of the rooms and the clean bedrooms. Upon arrival, I was very apprehensive as it was my stay in Africa, West Africa and didn’t know what to expect. This one employee in particular called Sabine Yebe made me feel less anxious upon arrival, talked to me throughout the day just to make sure I felt safe and informed me on the history of Ivory Coast, and also tourism favourite places. It’s so nice to have employees like Sabine Yebe to make people feel very safe and cared for. Thank you so much!

My visit to the ibis was wonderful because it was very hygienic. I felt very cosy whilst on my visit too and my needs were ensured. There was this one lady in particular that really stood out to me, Sabine Yebe. She is a chamber maid. She has encouraged me to want to come back here with my family more often as she really looked after our bedrooms and made us feel very secure, especially in a foreign country.

Very satisfactory stay overall, it feels like home, with very warm staff. Hotel very well located in the heart of the plateau I did almost all my classes on foot. I've been going to this hotel for a really long time and I'm always satisfied.

A very beautiful setting, really it's the property. It's a 7 star hotel if possible, I really admire the location, the welcome and even so captivating that I didn't even want to leave the place. Really adorable.

I liked the hotel because of the welcome, the staff is very courteous and takes care of their customers very well, and what I liked a lot more was the breakfast where the staff took care of us. I really liked the Ibis Plateau hotel.

After a long trip we had a very good rest with a very peaceful room the bedding is of very good quality the staff on the floors very dynamic and smiling really nothing to complain about The hotel is also very well located the perfect security 👍

Really embarrassing. I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights on business, unfortunately booked by customers. The only saving grace may be the location given that it is the financial district and home to various ministries. The cleanliness of the hotel is embarrassing, the rooms have long-haired carpets under the beds full of dust and everything, the smell of old and dust reigns over the entire structure which is obsolete and does not meet the minimum standards. The staff, as far as they can go, is also quite helpful even if not very professional. The bathrooms in the rooms are devoid of everything, even hand soap, when you take a shower the water comes into the room, there is no minibar, there is no hairdryer, really not even in Russia 20 years ago have I ever found such degradation similar. Let's not talk about the value for money because it's better to overlook it.

the hotel needs a makeover everything has aged. the building needs a paint job. the rooms need new sheets and pillows no toothbrush or toothpaste in the toilets the televisions do not work due to lack of batteries in the remote controls

I really liked the lunch on December 25 because all the services were at the top level. Safety, hygiene and others are ensured by professionals. Given the quality of service at this hotel, I will return very quickly
