We love Abita Springs Hotel! Our stay is always a treat. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and convenient to downtown. The town is quaint and inviting. The thoughtful extras at the property are much appreciated. Will return regularly 💜

Very amazing place. Convenient self-check. The room is spacious, and cleaner than any hotel I've ever stayed. There were no chemical smells that always greet one when first entering a hotel room. The bed was exceedingly comfortable. The bathroom was exquisite. We enjoyed coffee in the room. Even though there was an event downstairs, the noise did not bother us. The only not-so-good thing was the darkness where we parked our car. Later lights were lit but I'm not sure if they weren't for the party. We plan to book there again when we visit.

Absolutely beautiful. Quiet & quaint but in the back yard of restaurants & shops. The room is huge & beautifully decorated & has tons of windows. The porch is precious. I need to make an excuse to come back & spend more time!

Hotel was great! Abita pub was right across the street in town square so you just walked!

A very Lovely building, and room. Loved the shower, but you might consider putting some grab bars in the shower as a slip/fall prevention.
Being that this was a described as a Hotel, I was a little disappointed in that there was no room service. We stayed for 4 nights and our trash cans were overflowing. If it were a B&B I could understand. It was up to us to make (or not make) the bed.
We did get an E-mail telling us what room we had and how to unlock the door. Also gave us a phone number to contact for any needs, but I felt that it would have been nice if we would have been contacted to welcome us and see if there was anything we might need. Never received a name or anything.

The Abita Springs Hotel was everything and more than I would have hoped for. It's in a great location but still still and seems secluded.
Old feeling but new and fresh in appearance and even smell. Love the details of cloth napkins, real glass and ceramic wine glasses and coffee mugs as well as plates and silverware.
As beautiful or even more so the the online pics.
A great room and exceptional bathroom with amazing tub and shower.
Michelle was also a delight upon out arrival.

This was a lovely stay. If you want a laid-back cultural experience in a historical southern home, this is for you. It is not a super fancy hotel with a lot of amenities, but rather a quiet, relaxing stay. I loved being in the center of things; next to the bike trail, across the street from the park, brew pub, an old-fashioned grocery story, and down the street from the eccentric Abita Mystery House. We did, however, wonder why on-line photos suggested there was a downstairs common area, when it was locked and we had no access. Also, the area underneath the porch was littered with junk and could’ve been nicer. All in all, we loved it, but I think the property has much bigger potential. Also, we got a note on our car for parking in the back lot where we were supposed to park.
