Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your hotel. my wallet in the hotel lobby. I realized my mistake shortly after, and returned to the lobby to collect it. However, when I opened my wallet, I found that it was empty. I am extremely concerned that the money in my wallet was stolen by a member of your staff. I had not spent any money since checking into your hotel, so I know that the money was in there when I left it in the lobby. I am also concerned that the hotel does not have any security measures in place to protect guests' belongings. The amount of money that was stolen is not significant. However, the fact that it was stolen is a serious matter. If your staff is willing to steal a small amount of money from a guest, then what is to stop them from stealing larger amounts? I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate disciplinary action against the staff member responsible. I also request that you implement security measures to protect guests' belongings in the future. I am a loyal customer of your hotel chain, and I have always been satisfied with the service I have received in the past. However, this recent experience has left me very disappointed. I hope that you will take lmy concerns seriously and take steps to ensure that this does not happen to another guest in the future. The amount was only 375 but the experience show how much the hotel staff are not.......
