Services is good and quite responsive. Rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast is good but could have more varieties.
We stay in marvelous room and the view was superb. Overall experience is good.

I live staying at the W in different countries/ cities. The breakfast is a hit every time. The rooms are spacious and I was able to get some much needed rest. Valet parking was great and the gentlemen working were AMAZING! I didn’t get a chance to attend the lounge at night for music and vibes but I’ll def come back again. The price for the room was relatively expensive compared to other W hotels I’ve stayed in.

The hotel and facility was nice but unfortunately we booked the packed of Stay & Play which supposedly includes kids for free and when we went to the water world, they requested ticket for the kid.
After calling the hotel I did not get the necessary support from them and we end up paying the ticket!!!
Better to book the hotel separately not as package as it’s really vague.
