Jannah Burj Al Sarab

Comfortably clean room with slow assist and no assist in languages on arriving and slow check in & out also with cafe with no stuff asked lady on receptionist for empty café to able order told me to wait so waited more than 5 minutes & no one show up.

Hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms are clean, food is ok. However, the breakfast room is too small. Because there wasn't enough space, we were directed to another room temporarily for breakfast one day. Savory and sweet dishes were one next to another, pancakes and omelets were rarely served. On the second day, we managed to stay for breakfast on the ground floor of the hotel but due to lack of space, we had to sit at the table with another couple. Also, the housekeeping took our face towels the day before departure instead of replacing them.

I don't think we would stay again. The rooms are decent but the hotel is quite old and outdated. We were celebrating a special occasion and requested a room with a bath, I don't think they saw this note so we had to request a room change for this when we got up to the room. The check in staff were accommodating and able to change but most 5 star hotels add a special touch or at least make sure to read the booking notes prior to arrival. We paid for a half board package to have dinner there that evening and asked both the check in staff and the restaurant staff when passing what time they served dinner till and they said 10:30pm so it was quite disappointing when we went for dinner at 9:30pm (which we thought was an hour before closing) and the grilled meat station was closed and the rest of the food was either finished or cold. They then told us they closed the meat bbq at 8.30pm which is not what we were told. They still had the doner meat out but they were reluctant to cut it, we had to ask a few times. When they brought it to us they said it was cold did we still want it. I asked if they could reheat it but they said they didn't have a microwave. Overall the dinner experience was not great as we ate some cold rice and salad. We spoke to the front desk who were apologetic and told us that dinner is supposed to be until 10:30pm and they tried to offer what they could but I think some training on clear communication for some staff members would be beneficial as had we have been informed we should come earlier for the dinner we would have come earlier and there would have been no issue. We also requested some glasses and ice to the room but were told they only have plastic cups. The air con is also quite cold and you can't seem to adjust it, it is either on or off. The bed was comfy though so If you are just looking for a decent room to stay in and will be out and about for the rest of the day and for food then it does the job. The hotel manager was also informed of the issue we had at dinner and was supposedly going to call us when she came back the following day but failed to do so. All in all I wouldn't return, definitely not 5 star worthy.

Love it! It was a short stat but I had the most relaxing sleep that I truely needed. The room is quite spacious too

Enjoyed the stay. Rooms were not so big, the facilities were not as its ranked a 5star. Myself is residing in Dubai and a frequent visitor to Abu Dhabi since it’s my workstation. This was my first stay with Jannah Burj Al Sarab. Overall the hotel provided a good facility. The TV needs to be changed to a smart TV where we can connect both Android and  devises. The room services didn’t show up to me for checking the TV has any connection issues. The quality of programs in the TV is too old, and it doesn’t rank a 5star. Nowadays even a 4star hotel is provided with all smart connections (YouTube / prime / Netflix. The welcome message displayed on the TV we’re not updated, it was really an embarrassment. Regarding the same self had informed the same, even after informing still the same previous booking persons name was showing in the TV. Attached with a pic for your better understanding, over all experience we’re good. Can be much more better.

Extremely welcoming hotel. The location is ultimate. Facilities are good. Room cleanliness is perfect. Anything you can think about is available upon request. Breakfast is amazing: the variety and taste are stunning. The receptionist Muneer is very engaging and enthusiastic. He assisted us at anytime with all our craves and eagerly fulfilled our requests. He is doing an outstanding job, and undoubtedly impressed us. The only downside to mention is sogginess in our room. However, the staff came up with a solution, which we are very thankful for.

LOCATION: Near to supermarket and restaurants. SWIMMING POOL: With city view and lifeguard on duty. JACUZZI: Separate for ladies and gents.

Wonderful hotel 😊

The room was very spacious and with a beautiful view. We received everything what we expected. There are many restaurants and fast foods around so you can eat even very late in the evening.
