Everything good compare to affordable price however the smell of washroom need a hygiene and the lobby stuff extremely helpful with languages assist and getting taxi with friendly attitude.

Fabulous! This is a great room. very spacious and clean, with beautiful views from the window and a very large comfortable bed. I booked a room a few hours before check-in, even though I was very warmly welcomed and quickly checked in. the service is excellent. I definitely recommend it

I stayed at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in Abu Dhabi city center for a one-day business trip and found it to be a convenient option. The room was adequately sized and comfortable, although the hotel could benefit from some updates. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my short stay pleasant. Breakfast offered decent options, though there’s room for improvement in variety. I would consider staying here again for future business trips due to its affordability and convenient location

I booked a standard room and i got free upgrade to suite room. The room is big and clean. Reception people are excellent to provide the service.

I had a fantastic experience at Hawthorn. The staff was welcoming, and my room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely come again

Great apart hotel at affordable prices! It is located not far from the city embankment and popular city districts. Room was very comfortable and the hotel staff was helpful.

Very good service and the hotel rooms look relatively modern. There is no pool and you need to walk for a minute to find a taxi. The hotel was very comfortable though and I plan on staying there again.

In a convenient location, can find some small restaurants and supermarkets easily. Nice view. Especially in the top floor cafeteria room enjoying the gulf view with nice breakfast.

While our stay at Hawthorn was pleasant overall, we encountered some issues. The receptionist was somewhat rude and initially assigned us a smoking room despite our preference for a non-smoking one, leading to a bit of argumentation to rectify the situation. Additionally, the paid parking was not convenient, and the towels provided were old and hard, which detracted from the comfort of the room. Furthermore, we noticed some cleanliness issues such as toothpaste residue on the glass. On a positive note, the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
