Al Ain Palace Hotel Abu Dhabi

It wasn't as expected, it's really disappointing to see this level in the beautiful city of Abu Dhabi, from the entrance of the hotel to the room wasn't perfect, also the room was wet smelling bad and humidity and the noises from the road and the bar was all night

Shower space was very narrow and window couldn't open swimming pool under maintenance. I have booked for swimming pool.

● Front of office team upgrade our room we are so happy for that thanks to wint and others FO including laksh concierge ●Housekeeping team fulfill all of our requirements on time thanks to Zeshaan from hk team and other as well ●We enjoyed our over all stay # few things to mention required to be fix in the rooms 132 ●Hot water not available ●Water pressure very low [tub,sink,bidet,] if you open one another one automatically with less pressure including Ablution pipe holder ●one of the socket not working which is holding the kettle Rest all completely fine

There was some maintenance happening by the window which was very very loud and couldn’t get some peace and quiet

The rooms are clean and perfect. Staffs are so professional. We are satisfied with their services and it's worth every penny. Just that parking isn't available, will have to use paid parking. But paid parking is available near by as well.

Very good service! The staff were friendly and helpful. They even upgraded my room to a larger suite—overall, a very nice experience. I will come back again.

Very nice hotel. I got it kn special so the price was good. Next to the Bus Stop for A2 from the airport, so very convenient. Close to other bus stops. Good service.

Excellent place to stay. All staff that we met are very professional and kind. Shout out to Amal, and reception staff.
