Me and my friend went in for their afternoon tea service. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Easily one of the best services I have received. Decent spread of snacks and every single dish was delicious. Would definitely recommend. Make sure to call ahead and book.

I have stayed in this hotel few times before and until may latest stay the hotel kept the same level of cleanliness, friendly/professional staff very friendly atmosphere. Great location.

When I arrived to do check in, there was no non-smoking room in the hotel as what I observed! When I talked to the reception he said we offer the request but not guarantee. Then the guy offer to downgrade my reservation to a room that are deffernt but non-smoking. In that time, I rejected that and told the guy I will claim that to ******* and he was not care about it. I taught him that was not proffecinal and his colleuge warn him and told him there is a room that what I reserved. After 15 mins talking and 15 mins waiting the room was ready and had a dish of fruit in the room to say we are sorry! Best,

Excellent facility with reasonable prices. I got upgraded to a one-bedroom sea view and the staff was very caring and helpful. for sure that would be my first choice. also, the location of the Hotel is good, as it is in city center and very close to many shopping centers.

I want to share my experience. I came with my husband to travel. we order food to room & waitress Htoo try to seducing my husband front of me. it was a embarrassment movement for me. i will never come back to hear. No professionalism.
