Was great experience all in all. The breakfast hall should be expanded given especially dring peak season. Reception staff, Louie and John were friendly and maintain a very pleasant aura though there were a lot people of checking in and out when we arrived. They sure know how to handle the pressure.
While June from our floor ensured we received so much care during our stay.
It's a plus also that the hotel is just 15mins drive from Yas Island.
Thanks again City Seasons, hope to see you again soon! :)

Nice hotel, in a good location in Abu Dhabi. The only issue we had was that it was too cold in our room even with the ac off.

The Hotel location is very good, close to many places and cornice
The hotel also offers free parking with Valet Service.
I recommend staying at this lovely hotel especially if you are on a short vacation.
The staff were friendly and smiling at your face
Just wish the check-in is much faster, I was supposed to recieve the room at 2 PM, i got it at 2:45
The hotel reception upgraded my room for free when i asked them for a double bed not 2 single beds which was very good room.
Definitely i would come again to this Hotel

The facility is very good have comfy bed, room big, clean and good location very accessible near by malls, supermarket,sorounded of restaurant as well special mentioned the reception staff i forgot their names all of them they are very good, and they upgrade my room booking. Keep up a good job guys highly recommend to my friends and relatives .

Good location for the property, closed to shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
Bit old facilities, i think system also was obsolete. I was surprised when staff from restaurant approached me stating that my booking was not with breakfast. I showed him my confirmation that i paid extra for it, he called the reception to check. He let me talked to reception first before taking food which not normally happening im other hotels.
Check-in and check out was shift with staff, Ibrahim.
