Palette - Top Stars Hotel

0 ⭐ – Very Bad Experience Booked a non-smoking room at Palette Top Star Hotel, but on arrival they said none were available and forced me into a smoking room. Completely misleading. Worst part was the staff at checkout (male with glasses). Extremely rude and unprofessional. After I returned the key card, he just said “go” — no respect, no basic manners. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Management needs to take action. Not recommended at all.

Old building

Location is generally good. It was pretty quiet. The room and bathroom are rather small. Central a/c. It was very, very cold at night, even with a/c turned off. A good choice for undemanding traveler. Kettle, two tea bags and instant coffee, two bottles of water.

value for money, good hotel in good area of abi dhabi. many restaurants around

The room is small but i like it the hotel's location is excellent. The service is very good. I stayed only one day ... the staff are helpful and kind

What you see in the picture is completely different in person. And also there’s no parking lot.
