It is a beautiful hotel near the Cornish, easy to reach from the airport. The breakfast is super, the service is outstanding. The rooms are fabulous big and the inroom bathroom in unique. It was a good choise.

This is a budget hotel, so no frills But centrally located, easily accessible, excellent rooftop pool and very good staff. Right from Tushar Mukherjee at the front desk who went the extra mile to take care of our comfort to the room service executive , totally the valet Kumaran who always greets you with a smile and a warm greeting ! Definitely recommended👍

Central location, attached to a mall through a café which is super convenient. Immaculate room, the cleaning staff really did an amazing job changing bedsheets and towels regularly and replacing anything that’s missing like water bottles, coffee, tea, milk… Very comfortable double beds. The security guard who helped us with our suitcases was very nice, same goes for the reception desk and all the employees of the hotel.

We spent a family vacation at this hotel, staying in a spacious family room with 1 King size bed, 2 actual beds for the children, 2 toilets, walk-in closet and a little kitchen. The room equipment was excellent and very clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and especially front desk very helpful and attentive (one of us fell ill). Food was OK, nothing spectacular. We mostly went to eat out. The pool and beach were really nice and enjoyable. Short distance to some of the main tourist attractions, which can easily be explored without paying for a tour. Taxis are cheap.

What a memorable stay! Our family stayed from 13-15 Feb. It was our first stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers and everything surpassed our expectation. We were greeted with a welcoming drink while we were getting checked in. Next thing we know was we got an upgrade to a family suite on 17th floor, with a huge living room and open kitchen. It was late night when we checked-in, so it was until the next morning that we got jaw dropped by the stunning sea view from our room. Equipment in the room is premium, large screen TV, BOSE sound bar, coffee capsule machine, to list a few. And in the kitchen you could have all the utensils and tools needed to cook a dinner or even bake a cake. The room was generously stocked with bottled water, tea bags and coffee capsules. One thing I could not understand was that they provided travel-sized bottles of shampoo and body lotion in our bathrooms but no body wash. We had brought it with us so it was not a problem. However if the room had fixed pumping bottles of body cleansing and skincare, it would be more environmental friendly as well as providing convenience for guests. All staff we met were always pleasant, efficient and helpful. In our first morning, the breakfast restaurant was so full that the line queuing to get in was becoming long. Staff immediately arranged guests to sit at the restaurant next to it. As soon as we got our table, we got served. We were impressed by how nice and smooth things were handled by the team. Breakfast offered a wide range of food choices, from pastries to Asian noodles, from Indian curry to Lebanese cold mezz. I couldn't remember one that was not delicious. For me, make-to-order fresh juice station was the highlight. You can choose your fruit combination and staff get your drink ready within seconds! And don't miss out Observation Deck at 300! It was just steps away from the hotel. And it's free for hotel guest! You can get a 360 degree view of Abu Dhabi from 72th floor up high. The floor to ceiling spotless windows allow you to take great pictures. Please don't to be mistaken, windows in the hotel room are very clear, just not comparable to the Observation Deck. If there is a second time I travel to Abu Dhabi, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers would definitely be my choice of stay. Conrad team, keep up the nice work!

Our stay was amazing! I am very picky when it comes to food, but here, I was looking forward to every single mealtime. The food never tasted old or dry. If I could, I would give the service 10 stars. Nothing was a problem, they said that whatever problem we have they will find a solution. The swimming pool was nice, the pool bar was a bonus. We were disappointed by the beach, there was so much rubbish, we went there only once. The beds were extremely comfortable and big, and the air conditioning was strong.

Facilities: The hotel is still very new, with complete facilities. It is a 2-meter large bed room. Service: The breakfast is super rich, probably the best I've had in Dubai and Abu Dhabi recently. There are many local specialties, as well as Western food, and even miso soup, which is very rare in other hotels. I forgot to bring the charger and kept charging it at the front desk. The lady was very nice. Although she wrote down the room number, she also did a power-on verification. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, the room is clean, and you can also see the scenery, including the Presidential Palace and the Emirates Palace Hotel. The only problem was that we were walking from the Presidential Palace. The entrance to the hotel was a bit strange. We had to enter a ”hole” and go upstairs to arrive. However, the doorman later helped us carry our luggage, which we were very grateful for. If you take a car, you won’t have this problem. You can sit directly at the door!

A great hotel! A lovely, warm welcome from all staff. A beautiful panoramic lift. The room was clean, spacious and provided lots of essentials. The view from the room was incredible! The West Bay beach club was amazing. A fabulous stay!

Just extended my staying because I change my schedule. The hotel is good in general. I wish the room would be bigger but good size already. Just getting spoiled by the UAE.
