Four time staying and we absolutely love this hotel. From the moment you step outside the hotel you get service which is amazing. Breakfast spread is always top notch and rooms are always clean and great sleep. Highly recommend.

Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! My Mom love that place we enjoyed a lot and security was helpful and respectful!!!! Thank you guys we enjoyed a lot!!!! I would love to come back again maybe next time🥰特别感谢您们！服务特别棒！下次再来！

I have lived here for nearly 4-years and cannot say enough about the abilities of the front of house staff. In particular, the housekeeping team of Nursida and Jackie, under the ever-professional and helpful Tracy, are just wonderful people who are great ambassadors for the company. I really have a great deal of time for them and will miss them a great deal when I do finally depart.

My three-night stay at Al Rawda Arjaan was exceptionally convenient and comfortable. Situated next to Al Wadha Mall and Abu Dhabi's main bus terminal, the hotel's location made arrival a breeze—I simply walked from the terminal upon arriving from Dubai. I was grateful for the accommodating reception staff who allowed me an early check-in, ensuring a seamless start to my stay. The proximity to the mall provided ample dining and entertainment options, while the hotel's amenities offered relaxation after a day of exploring.

The hotel is quite new. Although the location is very close to the mosque, it is still a bit far to walk. It is not cheap to take a taxi. It is also far from the free bus stop, and the transportation is not convenient enough. There is a park and a small museum nearby, and the entrance fee is a few yuan.
