We attended our son's wedding at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr during the second week of March. The hotel is a beautiful resort property, with great amenities and a wonderful view of the Grand Mosque. What set this hotel apart is the superb service and care provided by the entire staff at Fairmont over the duration of our stay. With more than a hundred guests in our collective party, they managed to make everyone comfortable and well cared for. From the reception to the concierge to the wait staff in the restaurants to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and friendly. While it is always hard to remember every name - and one inevitably leaves someone out - we do want to especially recognize Fidan Aghayeva (Restaurant Manager) and her team, Cyril Anne Amorato (Assistant Sales Manager) and her team, Zahid, Jose, Rajeev, Tariq, Joshua, Raymond, Roy, Serian, and so many more. Thank you all for taking such good care of us! We will definitely recommend Fairmont Bab Al Bahr hotel to our friends and family.

Fantastic paratha is cooked for breakfast. Good location, cleanliness, silences and comfort alongside with price makes this hotel very attractive. Also parking is available. It's all good if you need to stay overnight in Abu Dhabi

Service of Novotel is not stable… some times you get good service some times not… After a while out of town, I stayed in Novotel for one night again. I called for more water after check in as I knew myself I could finish 1L of water in 2 hours. When the house keeper came, he asked me for the empty bottle with which they used to fill in water before he could give me new one with water. I understand some ppl might wanna take their bottle but come on! If that’s the concern of the hotel, ask the guest for deposit for the bottle then! If anyone ever take it, deduct the money from the deposit. It is no sense to “protect the environment” while keeping your guests thirsty! And it would also rise concerns for me how these bottles are being cleaned?! Stupid!

Visited during Ramadan The breakfast was nice The in room amenity limited. I lost power in my room during the stay so I had the technical support to reset the electricity for my room. All staff friendly and nice Location wise not prime.

Good afternoon I would like to share my impressions of my stay at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. I am very glad that I chose this one out of all the variety of hotels on Saadiyat. A year ago I was here in St. Regis, so the choice of location was absolutely conscious. Since I live in a metropolis, for me harmony with the environment and the absence of high-rise buildings was a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel is truly luxurious, from the reception to the service on the beach. An exceptionally professional team of managers and service staff makes you feel like a special, long-awaited guest from the first minute of your stay. My experience at the hotel is 100% positive. I had problems with the aggregator through which I booked the hotel, because the service that was specified during booking and payment did not match what the hotel was able to confirm upon check-in. But, thanks to the very sensitive, responsive and wonderful Inessa Ivleeva, the problem that arose was resolved as quickly as possible. I literally fell in love with the Amouage bath line presented at the hotel. This is a brand that fully corresponds to the high class premium level of the hotel. You can purchase any accessory for personal use. Now the magical scent of Amouage will remind me of the unforgettable moments spent in Jumeirah. Just during my stay, the SAL restaurant opened on site - the second project implemented in the UAE. The first restaurant of the same name is located in Dubai, in Burj Al Arab. Well, what can I say? Fantastic place! Absolutely 100% release into the a**osphere. The aesthetically impeccable, elegant, refined design of the hotel and the surrounding magical nature of the Saadiyat coast are absolutely harmoniously integrated with the pleasure that can be obtained from haute cuisine. In conclusion, it is worth saying that there are not many places that attract attention or amaze the imagination, and this is one of them. You may also want to come to Saadiat someday in order to find yourself in a fairy tale from the Arabian Nights. Happy travels to you!

The room is spacious, has a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen and kitchen utensils. Hotel restaurants and eating out are of course available. You can also buy ingredients at a nearby supermarket and enjoy it. The room service steak and lamb were voluminous and very satisfying. The pool was warm and comfortable even in January. I would like to use it again if I ever go to Abu Dhabi.

Very good, nice sized hotel. Excellent pool area with heated outside pool. Great to have direct access to the private beach. All the staff were really helpful and friendly but particularly Binot on the concierge desk. Disappointing that the main Jing restaurant does not offer its full range of international food or its oriental buffet during Ramadan. Yas Shuttle bus is really useful but be warned of unscheduled hour long breaks (usually 6pm/7pm ish during Ramadan. Overall a good experience and we would come back.

Just extended my staying because I change my schedule. The hotel is good in general. I wish the room would be bigger but good size already. Just getting spoiled by the UAE.

Cleanliness and condition of the room was impeccable. Modern decor with automated curtains that opened up to a stunning view and a large balcony. Bath tub and shower was perfect. Large variety of high quality food for buffet breakfast. Service from the breakfast restaurant and at the hotel reception was 5 star. Location was exclusive and beach view was superb but quite far out from the city centre. Temperature controlled pool was such a luxury. Private beach area is very small, service at the poolside was hit and miss.

It’s a nice family place clean and well maintained. Rooms were nice location was good . We did not try beach . Swimming pools good . Breakfast was also variety of food .
