OYO Hotels Properties in Abu Dhabi

I made a last-minute booking for a one-night stay, arriving late, so I was a bit worried since there wasn't much information about the accommodation. However, the manager on the first floor was very kind and helpful. The room itself was quite spacious and clean. It was convenient having restaurants and supermarkets open late nearby, and being on a main road, there were always people around. There's even an ATM right across the street. After checking out, I asked if I could store my luggage, and they kindly let me leave it in an empty room in the middle of the building, which was a huge relief and allowed me to explore freely. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a short stay!

Ctrip's service level is really a mess. The address given was wrong, and it is still wrong now. At first, I took a taxi to a local villa area, but there was no such store. Later, I checked the address provided by the agoda platform and took a taxi again. It took a long time to find it. There was no front desk, just an administrator. It took me half a day to communicate with him before I got the room card. The room was quite new, but the apartment was newly opened and many equipment were not ready. The room was still good!
