The hotel is well located. It is very suitable for tourists to go out. Behind it is a big supermarket. It is only about 800 meters to the bus station! It's also very convenient! Especially thanks to the store because I fly back to Shanghai at night. Therefore, the application is postponed to check out at 3:00 pm. They agreed right away. Although the language of the two sides is inconvenient to communicate. But their service attitude is very enthusiastic. In short, this hotel is a hotel that satisfies every guest!

Park Rotana is strategically located at the entrance into Abu Dhabi. It is situated near major highways that leave Abu Dhabi too - making it good for business stays. The hotel TV has a Bluetooth connection allowing to play music through a smart device, but no smart features allowing to use mobile apps on the TV. I believe you’re able to mirror Android devices onto the screen. The hotel is clean and well kept, room service is always on time, and parking is very easy.

Once again a wonderful 2 night stay with friends namely Yousef , Charmen, Priya and Nazma , plus the awesome concierge personal Talal, Shekar, Naveen , Faisal , Sampst, breakfast was 5 star and compliments to the staff , last but not least Hosea in house keeping 🙌

I was honestly very impressed by the hotel overall. For this price and for the service, it doesn't deserve anything than full marks. There are many shops/fast food chains within a few minutes walking distance. Taxis found it generally easy to find. There is a big mall just around the corner. Corniche/beach is a short taxi ride away. The room we booked was surprisingly big. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The service was superb. They allowed early check in and early check out with ease. They attended to all our needs. The gym was nice and the pool was relatively small but clean and with a friendly life guard. I would most definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

We lived in this hotel for 8 months from Oct 2021-June 2022 and left to move to Singapore with my husbands job, and we were so sad to leave but knew that we would return one day. Fast forward to 14 months later and we found ourselves back living in beautiful Abu Dhabi and there was only one place we wanted to stay, and that’s the Al Maha Arjaan! When we walked back through the door to reception we knew instantly that we were home again! I cannot believe how everyone remembered us after all this time! We were welcomed back by our Rotana family and we have been back for 2 months already and coming back here was the best decision we have made. Everything is as we remember, beautiful rooftop pool and fantastic gym and spa, wonderful 302 cafe with their amazing food and service and then there is the gorgeous room with the biggest windows, natural light, most comfortable gigantic bed and wonderful neutral decor that makes this place so beautiful and relaxing. We chose to stay in the Spacious studio because there is just the 2 of us and it’s huge! We have so much space to relax or work and we love coming back to this room everyday and just feeling like we have returned home. Besides all of the fantastic amenities we have here, the absolute best part of this hotel are all the staff! Every single one of them feels like a family member and are so genuinely warm and welcoming to us every time we pass through reception everyone smiles and waves and asks how we are and it’s honestly the real reason why we came back to stay here long term. All the guys and girls at reception, valet, lifeguards, spa staff, room attendants (who leave our room beautiful and immaculately clean everyday) and behind the scenes management and staff are kind, helpful and warm and we couldn’t thank you all enough for your hospitality to us. Special thanks for Girley and Mary Ann for assisting us so much with all the paperwork we had to put together for our residency visas, you were so kind and patient with us during all of our requests and we are forever grateful for your support and assistance. Thanks once again for making us feel so at home!

It's a wonderful hotel. The majority of guests are Europeans. The breakfast is rich and the kids' club is very intimate. I have a lot of luggage, and there is no need to worry about language problems. It's easy to access.

I had a great experience staying at the yas island Rotana hotel. The hotel is not far from the yas mall. There is a free hotel shuttle bus at the door, which runs every 15 minutes. Y2 can reach Ferrari Park and Warner Bros. Park, which is very convenient! The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and there are outdoor facilities It feels very comfortable to sit outside the swimming pool and have breakfast. I would like to especially thank the hotel for this trip. My family's passports were lost in the taxi. It was the hotel's datat guy who enthusiastically contacted the taxi reception desk and asked for the license plate and driver's phone number. He immediately asked the driver to return and return the passports. Give it to me, so that I, who am in a foreign country and don’t understand the language, don’t have to ask for help🆘The embassy!
