Just had the most fabulous overnight staycation at this wonderful hotel. Took my sister for a surprise treat whilst she was visiting from the UK. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the service was impeccable! Every member of staff was extremely polite at all times but do need to mention several members of staff who made our stay extra memorable! Marina on reception who facilitated such an easy check in & check out experience. Fahim & Kamal who provided the best service with a smile at the poolside. Thanks guys for the beautiful fruit basket! Our amazing butler Chatty who surprised us several times with an array of goodies! Nothing was too much trouble for him. Waseem at the Olea restaurant who delighted us by sending a lovely bottle of wine for us to enjoy by the pool, thanks to Akhil from the restaurant for taking care of us at breakfast & delivering the wine later. Not forgetting the lifeguards who we chatted to at the pool, special mention for Santosh & Roshan.

It's a wonderful hotel. The majority of guests are Europeans. The breakfast is rich and the kids' club is very intimate. I have a lot of luggage, and there is no need to worry about language problems. It's easy to access.

Well lets start with the good thing: the beach is amazing! The staff in the main buffet restaurant is friendly. I would never go back to the hotel because of the following reasons: - The rooms are small and the colors awful (yellow, green, blue). If you book a seaview room you'll only have if you stand on the balcony. If you sit on a chair you look directly at the cement railing (see picture). There is no coffee machine inside the rooms but coffee powder. - The buffet is huge but quality of food is cheap. Almost the same food every day. - The have tons of fruits but beside fresh orange juice you wont get any other fresh juice at any restaurant or bar. There is a vitamin bar they told me I can get one there. No clue were this vitamin bar is. - There is a kids club which is open from 8am to 11pm. But if there is a event they take absolutely no responsibility of your kid. and there is a lot of events or shows for the kids. The first thing they have told us when we brought our 5 and 7 years old child is: we do not take responsibility. They had a lot of outside activities in the kids club area but closed the inside area where the restrooms are. So they told us kids have to go 1 level down (leaving the kids club area) by elevator or stairs if they need to use the restroom. Other 5* hotels we stayed in with excellent kids club write the name of the kids and phone number of parents and take seriously care of them. As a parent I did not feel comfortable leaving my kids there. That is why a lot of parents stay there and wait until the event/show has finished or until the kids want to leave. During our whole stay of 1 week they only wrote the name of our kids and our phone number after we spoke to the kids club manager. - I do not like people who fill up the plates with food they do not eat. Leaving a mess on the table. If you want to see what food waste is go there. - the quality on the a la carte restaurants is very poor - The main pool to small for all the guests - The drinks at the bar are made with this syrups and not fresh fruits. I tried 3 drinks but then chose to drink a gin tonic - Trying to call reception or front desk or concierge at 11pm on our last night to pick up our luggage was not successful. We brought our luggage to the outside by ourselfs. Asking the reception why they do not pick up the phone: we are very busy! My list is neverending.. I rate this hotel maximum as a 4* but absolutely not 5*. For me 5* is a affront to the real 5* hotels, sorry. So if you like quantity then quality, if you like guest with no behavior regarding food manners, if you like to see a lot of Dior or Hermes fake clothes and bags go there. I regret to not have payed more and stayed at Park Hyatt or St. Regis. 80% are russian speaking guest. IF you are used to stay in real 5* Hotels I do not recommend to go there.

I was first time in beach rotana and overwhelmed by the hospitality and greetings. Door man was amzing and polite, don't remember his name but believe he is from Nepal.. I dine in Garden restaurant and had a very pleasant experience there with a delicious food and memorable hospitality. While me leaving the hotel, I couldn't find my valet ticket and Mr. Francis approached me, though I was bit panicked with the situation but he kept me comfortable while offering me and my fiance Arabic coffee and explained me about Beach Rotana.. It was really amazing experience and I will definitely recommend Beach Rotana to all my family and friends ❤️

Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury. The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it. The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated. I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth. The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot. One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach. The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer. I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out. I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent. The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier. Thanks for the lovely experience and stay!

Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! My Mom love that place we enjoyed a lot and security was helpful and respectful!!!! Thank you guys we enjoyed a lot!!!! I would love to come back again maybe next time🥰特别感谢您们！服务特别棒！下次再来！

The general manager of the hotel, Philistine Kharbouch, was always present and you can see his passion for maintaining the highest quality of the place. The staff that attends this hotel in all its departments knows exactly how to serve a guest well. They are always willing to help and provide comfort and convenience to the guest. Theri attitude to serve is your best ally. Congratulations. On the other hand, the location of the Hotel and its cleanliness are two additional positive factors that incline the preference for this Hotel. I will gladly return to this Hotel and highly recommend it.
