The hotel was a terrible experience,from the elevator to the wifi the service was poor. The heating did not work the whole time,the cashier in the restaurant was rude and kept on asking for more payment that required. I will definitely not be coming back here and wouldn’t recommend for anyone.

'Stayed 2 nights here (group) for an engagement in the City. This hotel is somewhat rundown and had seen better days. It is visibly poorly maintained and managed. The dining room is rather too small for the size of the facility. The TV didn't work properly and could not boast of a single news channel. The bathroom had plumbing leaks and the door wasn't closing properly. Sleep quality was very frustrating as an adjacent property made noise all though the night playing loud music/noise (ostensibly a church event). The breakfast was quite spartan with few choices. Brace up and make this place right!

Awful experience I stayed for 8th to 10th Jan 2024 electricity went off around 11pm on the 9th and the rooms were infested with mosquitoes. I remained awake all night using phone light to chase mosquitoes. I bathed using my phone light & moved out as early as 6:42am same time power was restored. I already started malaria medication and will never recommend this hotel
