Ritz Acapulco All Inclusive

Looking for all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz appeared as one that provided a lower cost compared to other hotels in Acapulco. Deciding to give them a try, we stayed at the Ritz for a week. The studio suite was a decent size, not too small but it isn't a very large room either. The room was cleaned quite nicely when I arrived. The staff treated me well, and helped me with my inquiries. One thing to note is that the Ritz is a bit of a distance from the airport, and it's not next to the beach, but it doesn't take too long to get to the places necessary to enjoy Acapulco. Overall, the Ritz can provide good value for money if you're looking for an all-inclusive resort in Acapulco.

The room was a great size but it was a bit dirty. Staff was nice and helpful. There was a galleria right across the street with good shopping stores and food court.

Staff were great, all of them! Special acknowledge to the staff at kids Center, so nice. Location great, however at a noisy intersection, no need for alarm clocks, be ready to awaken by constant bus horns. Overall great value for price.

The noise from the hotel and from outside is terribly loud. The bathrooms are dated, the water flow and temperature from the shower is inconsistent fluctuating from way too hot to too cold. It’s an all inclusive but they add water to the juice and beverages, and use fake look alike food (fake surimi) to feed the people.
