We Hotel Acapulco

Staff Service: Multiple reviewers praised the friendly and attentive staff, particularly in the restaurant and pool areas. The personnel were described as approachable and willing to assist with requests such as providing ice or clarifying information about hotel amenities.

Good location and views are amazinng. The locations was in the middle of acapulco bay, exactly in front of El Amigo Miguel, my favorite seafood restaurant. There was no parking so I had to park in the street. The bath towels were old and loose edges on all towels. The bathroom had a stench that would come out of the drain so we would have to cover. And the pillows were overwhelming big, I had a stiff neck every morning. The hotel is clean, restaurant had good service and when I need ice in the lobby the would always provide.

The AC did not work in my room. It just blew hot air. I was told this is normal, but no it’s not. I know what AC is supposed to feel like and it’s not supposed to feel like an army of old people blowing hot mouth air in my face.
