I don’t recommend at all for the value paid! Very bad food, very bad service missing basics I’m really disappointed with all and will never go back Old building with 0 maintenance . Nothing work properly Should be really 3 stars as best

We came here because of the reputation of the Marriott Hotel, but we had to wait for more than four hours to check in. It was said that there were many late check-outs that had not been sorted out. Later, due to complaints from other customers, the hotel manager attracted us. He provided us with a free dinner and the process was smooth. Checked in. The food is really delicious😋The room is also very good. I also received a fruit plate and handwritten letter from the boss lady in the evening🥰Thank you!

Very nice hotel right close to the airport in Accra—close enough you might not actually get stuck in Accra traffic! The staff were exceptional!—Cyril, Jannifer, Sampson at the door, and Mary at the Transport Desk were especially nice and helpful!—They made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed, even on short notice! Every single person I interacted with at the Marriott was extremely nice! Red Red Restaurant was very good—see separate review. The gym and the pool are both great. My only comments would be that I would appreciate warmer water in the shower, even though it is so warm in Accra! (The water from the sink in the bathroom is significantly warmer than the shower.) Just be warned—the cost of the rooms and services here is high. Thank you so much Marriott Accra for a great first stay in Ghana!

My sister and I traveled here to celebrate her milestone birthday this year. This hotel did not disappoint. Before we arrived the hospitality team reached out and asked how they could make our stay great. I told them about my sister’s birthday and upon arrival they had a birthday cake with balloons and wine in our room. During our stay we had food at the bar, outside lounge, and brunch in the restaurant. Everything was delicious, freshly made, and authentic. My favorite, hands down, was the Hibiscus drink they serve in the lobby throughout the day and the Sunday Brunch. The buffet was Vegas-style large and sooolo good. They also had a band and the singer’s voice was like velvet - soft and gorgeous. She sung every song you could imagine from George Michael to Mariah Carey. We literally sat there for hours enjoying the vibe, food, and music. Downsides: The hotel is located conveniently near the airport, however, outside of the hotel there isn’t much. The hotel rooms were decent but nothing to write about. We had a pool view which was nice. Most of the action in Accra is near the beach so we always had to take an Uber. I wished more was in walking distance. The other downside was dessert. They made a point to have American and European desserts but as a result they weren’t freshly made like the other food. I have a sweet tooth and none of the desserts delivered. Shoutouts: We had the pleasure of meeting the most polite and accommodating staff members. Sampson & Caleb - both worked the door and the lobby area. Two very tall gentleman that opened all the doors for us and made sure the Uber drivers treated us well. Bright - our server on the bar patio. His personality matched his name. Julius - made a special tea for my sister after she had a bout of a cough Olivia - our waitress during brunch Benedicta - hospitality. She arranged the birthday cake. Frank - gave us tips on what we could do in the area Jannifer - queen of hospitality in the hotel lobby, making sure everything ran smoothly. And last but not least, the band at the brunch on Sunday. My highlight of the week.

Had a lovely breakfast at Marriott’s Sunday buffet. The staff was friendly and very efficient. If you’re ever at the Marriott breakfast buffet, make sure to try the tiramisu croissants and top it off with Michael the Barista’s cappuccino

During my trip to Ghana I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. The Marriott chain rarely disappoints. The service from the staff is very good, the breakfast is varied and very carefully presented. The service in the restaurant is outstanding, especially Grace, during my visit her attention was terrific. The service in the pool area is perhaps the lowest quality you will find in the hotel, they are slow and disorganized. The room is good and has what is necessary, but for a hotel of 300 dollars a night you would expect more, perhaps a better television and in particular my room had an unbearable noise from the air conditioning that really made it difficult to rest, the springs of the bed make noise but they are still comfortable.

Wonderful hotel and staff, and a perfect stay at this well-operated property. The customer service at this property was especially excellent, making an already comfortable stay that much better! Special thanks to Sampson, Lily Mensah, Listowel, Felicity, and Jannifer from the front desk/guest relations teams as well as Mr. Luciano for making me feel extremely welcome the entire stay. The housekeeping team was also absolutely phenomenal in their service throughout my stay, especially Prince and Joseph. Mavis was very welcoming every morning at breakfast, and the lounge staff Felix, Raphael, Princess, Anthony and the rest were top notch every night. Thank you Accra Marriott team for a wonderful stay - this Titanium Elite is beyond satisfied!

I had a positive experience here at the Marriott in Ghana. What I want to commend is the staff. They were very pleasant and attentive. One person who stands out was Sampson. He was very personable and remembered everyone’s names in our group. And he just had an attitude that was positive and professional. I hope that the management knows and understands how he reflects on the hotel. Also, one of the concierge ladies was the same. Very helpful and willing to give ideas that made her stay here more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you.

The bed are so well organized, the environment is clean, the workers are active with their rooting, they have standby plant in teams of power outage, the security is good in term of cct Camara,the pool neat for everyone to swim and their services are extremely good.

Great location close to airport, the staff from check in to restaurant & bar to housekeeping all are extremely polite and excellent at their hospitality. All the staff are friendly and very attentive. Thanks to everyone I had a great time spending at this property

Mary Essiam at Lobby bar is exceptional staff who served me with very unique customer service. She made me feel at home with her service and diligence making sure I enjoyed my time at the hotel and this is not her first time of serving me like that

Highly recommended! Amazing hotel, clean and comfy. Amazing stuff at reception, quick check - in. Clean and quiet rooms. Specially thank you for the service. Amazing guy on the bar, Gadison, the best cappuccino and pizza for my dinner advised by him! Thank you Gadison for good customer service experience and tasty dinner:)
