A beautiful hotel in Adana's best location, a very good price quality balance. The parking is possible. We stayed in a room with Seyhan River view. It was really beautiful. The staff was very interested, laughing and helpful. The breakfast room is on the roof. The view is great. Breakfast varieties are enough. The staff careful of breakfast are very kind and interested. The only unfortunateness we experienced - which was not a fault in the hotel and they were interested as much as possible - they fought for the first night at 01:30 a couple of hours speaking Arabic in our next room. In addition, we were happy with the hotel.

First, thank you. We preferred our stay in the family. The hotel is in the location. A quiet and clean hotel. As a price, they offer a very good hungry buffet breakfast compared to other hotels and we are very diverse, overall very happy. Thank you for first and for the matter.

We were here via Bayram. The location itself is quite good, in the middle of the city. The hotel has a pool that can be used. However, our room on the 6th floor was very stuffy even though the window was open. Connecting to the Internet turned out to be complicated. We had to ask the staff at check-in when check-out or breakfast time is and about the exact location of the pool (it's just a small one in the elevator). Overall the pool area was difficult to find and the pool water was not 100% clean. Overall, it was very quiet and pleasant from the atmosphere. At breakfast the plates weren't always clean, the staff there seemed a bit stressed. The hotel was still good value for money.

Best accomodation adana has to offer exceptional customer service they truely went above and beyond to meet our every need will definitely recommend to all family and friends travelling to adana Special thank you to Hamaza at front reception and leyla kat hismetleri both made our stay as pleasant as possible Reception has English speaking staff which helped heaps as our Turkish is very limited more English staff at room service would be great aswell for foreigners whom can’t speak Turkish and the meeting room right next door to the indoor pool was a bit irritating because every time we would go in the pool with the kids the meeting staff would come out and hand signal us to be quiet or shut up and be quiet when the children were laughing splashing around this was the only let down as your hotel doesn’t have any younger children facilities at all throughout our two week stay we attempted having fun in the pool on 3 different occasions and were rudely interrupted they were using sign language for us to time out or be quiet this frustrated me and the kids so we didn’t bother going every again I highly advise if there’s a meeting either close the pool or let the guests know in advance as apposed to telling them to be quiet on there holidays! We stayed in grand suite 405 room was great service was exceptional we enjoyed everything besides the upsetting incident I mentioned above Thanks Mrs Sefika Toros from Australia cheers

Actually my language is not enough to introduce how much they paid attention to all sides as our technical instruments, atmosphere and all Dentist satisfaction from conference. They are really professional about pleasing guests. Food was amazing and workers are really polite and helpful. Try here😊.
