Hotel and Staff Service is Amazing

Nice and comfortabl

Very poor service waiter just pass without talking to you. No one cares to ask. Other staff also pass by. One of the poorest service in Addis Ababa never coming back again.

Last December, I booked and paid 6 nights in this hotel through an online booking platform (the room was around USD 80/per night including breakfast). I was due to stay there in the week 9 to 16 February. In the beginning of January 2026 I received a cancellation of my booking! The hotel informed the booking platform that they could no longer honor my paid reservation at their establishment. When i enquired further i realized that Jupiter International Hotel Cazanchis cancelled my booking so that they offer their rooms at much higher rates in view of the African Union Summit that will take place during that period ! I've found that they now ask for no less than USD 196/night ! What a scam and what shameless business practices !

Building is in disrepair. Sineage poor. Food good but slow service. Bed is comfortable. Room freezing. No coffee in room Elevators are very very very very very slow

Very good services The Hotel is prepared to receive guess from all over the world. The food is good and of good and well prepared.

Stayed here five nights. UNECA around the corner. Room (bed) OK. That’s about it. No hot water after 9am. Very low water pressure. Breakfast buffet literally empty after 8:30am. No service at all: tables not cleaned, no cups, coffee etc provided. Staff just standing there chatting. Reception soso. Renovations ongoing, noise during day. Definitely needs renovation. Not impressed for price.

Everything went well with my stay of four nights for a business trip: efficient airport shuttle transfer both ways, my room was upgraded to deluxe without asking, great breakfast buffet, kindly gifted a pack of Ethiopian coffee to take home, internet worked throughout with no problems, sauna and gym to unwind, and a decent menu of local and international food in the restaurant. Highlights: warm and friendly staff at all times; spotless room cleaned to the highest standard; relaxing in the sauna.

Computer components Computer has two components 1/ hardware components 2/software complements 1/hardware components 1.1/ keyboard 1.2/mouse 1.3/monitor 1.4/system unit 1.1/ keyboard _is a hardware device used to entering the data in to the computer when we use computer. 1.2/ mouse _it is hardware device Which also used to enter data into the computer by using four button such as Left ,Right , double click and scroll buttons .

Centrally located hotel close to various attractions. Rooms: on 8th floor. No views to talk about as in the midst of high rise buildings. Rooms were very clean, wifi in order, the safe which wasn't locking was quickly attended to. Passage carpets though clean have had better days. Meals at the hotel are poor. Reception area is small seemed permanently overcrowded. The staff were stroppy on arrival but nice later as we continued to interact . The 3 clocks at reception showing international time should either be taken down or be repaired/batteried to function.

The hotel is the locally chain group locating at the best places in the city. It deliver exceptional services with fairly availed aminities and facilities including the well organized health facilities GYM, SPA and Massage service, and I highly encourage those business travellers for staying at Addis not decide where to stay before they check the hotel

My wife is Habesha and many places in Ethiopia take advantage of white tourists. I got the white man price hike and they didn't realize I know Ethiopia. Will not return. Same room I paid $40 awhile ago was $75. I stayed here just a week ago in the exact same room for $60. This kind of business in the United States would put you out of business and destroy your reputation. Not to mention the fact that ****** things like this would also likely end in a lawsuit in the US as well, big time no, no. I have stayed here many times in the past however, Jupiter will not be getting another penny of our US dollars again.

In brief, they saved us, great hotel, and highest praise! Details: We arrived on an international flight, having booked and prepaid two rooms on ********** for a 5 night stay. To our dismay, Jupiter told us they have no relationship with **********. In other words, ********** was improperly touting and even collecting money for rooms that were not affiliated with them! Utterly improper!. It was the start of the African Union summit, and the Jupiter, and indeed most all hotels in town were sold out. Ms. Aynalem, the front desk manager, and Ms. Abebe, the online manager, were outstanding. They managed to find us a room - predicting correctly that there would be a no show. And they gave a us a slightly discounted rate on the room. We shared a room until another one opened up, and then they promptly provided that room to us too. Also, the hotel itself was great!

Clean and quiet hotel and the staff are great... close to many areas worth visiting... such as Freedom Park, Friendship Park, Africa and other tourist attractions in Addis Ababa. Its drawbacks are... the price is relatively high from my point of view... overall it will be one of your options in Addis
