I had a short stay to try the hotel. My room was on first floor a suite. My room was big and well maintained. Excellent wi fi speed and easily logged in also nice view with a balcony to open with two chairs where i had my first coffee with a nice view. I had a very pleasant stay. All the staff we encountered were very polite,friendly and very professional. Breakfast was limited option to order and it was very nice and fresh. The location is great walking distance to bole area. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel is very close to the city. It a 5 min walk to the taxi station in wuha lemat (sami building). I with my wife, stayed for more a week and we coukd not sleep at night because of the oise coming from the street. On top of that the breakfast is very limited. Its is always a crambled bread and local food (Injera). Next to that the vath room was not properly maintained. Tthere was no toilt seat amd when you take shower, water is sprinkled everywhere. We changed room and this time the bed makes noise when ever we move. It was not comfortable at all.
