Yes the rooms and the service here are great . I highly recommend this hotel for the best kitchen and best stay .

Bigger room and more options than I thought. This is our first time with Hyatt, but hopefully not our last!

The property was nice, the staff was nice, it was quiet, breakfast wasn't bad, the only complaint were the pillows were rock hard, i could not sleep well and I woke up sore with a migraine

Excellent staff and the area was very convenient. The rooms were very clean and of very good size. The buffet breakfast was quite tasty.

The rooms were clean, the shower was awesome. The staff made sure you were taking care and the breakfast was a real breakfast with different food every morning.

The room smelled like milled, and when we were out the room they didn't sweep or make the bed just brought towles. But the staff was great

The room was adequate for our 2-night stay, smelled good, and quiet. Breakfast was the standard buffet. Morning coffee, tea, hot water were available. Fresh fruits were not so fresh, kinda soggy, and maybe days old. The main complaint I had, which I brought to the manager's attention happened when a member of our group couldn't get in because his key card didn't open the front entrance (not sure why, even though it worked with our room). Exhausted from work, he went back to his car and ended up sleeping out there in the cold for more than an hour after midnight. He didn't want to disturb us so he called the front desk, but no one was there to let him in. It wasn't until one of us in the group woke up past 2AM and realized that he didn't make it inside. She went downstairs to fetch him, didn't see any attendant, and opened the main door. If this didn't happen, I would have given this location 4 stars. If the response from management was more compassionate instead of asking "how many times did he try to call the front desk?" I'd probably give it 5 stars.
