Very slow staffed

Booked and paid for, host then cancelled the stay less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive. I had been trying to contact her for 4 days prior with no response, do not book, seems very inconsiderate and dodgy. As it was within 24 hours of my holiday I had to pay for accommodation triple the price, very unprofessional and not worth the hassle

Extractor fan in bathroom extremely noisy and needs to be replaced. Shower door misaligned and could be dameged if left to self-close. No duvet cover. Other than that, accommodation was fit for purpose.

We booked a room online for Tasha Apartments. We arrived at a building with the sign Vision Apartments, which was a confusing start. We were given a code to access the security door, which didn't work. The after-hours emergency contact couldn't help us and gave us another number to contact. No one answered, about an hour later we received a text asking if we had made it into the building. We snuck in while someone was coming out, so we arrived at the room, the floor dirty, cheap Ikea furniture, no housekeeping, minimal toilet paper for a 5 day stay, no dishwasher tablets For where it is and what you get, it is grossly overvalued. For the same money, you can stay in the same-sized room on King William Street just off Hindley Street and get service and house keeping included. Stay away!

Good location but very little parking available so advisable to pay for on site parking. Had difficulty initially accessing property with passcode and had to enter when another tenant entered. On entry to the apartment there was an overpowering smell of (i think) curry and i had to open windows and spray room freshener to get rid of it . The carpets had some stains but they were clean and these could easily be covered up with rugs. The balcony was huge and the views were great. I would definately stay here again.
