The location is great, just opposite to Adelaide Central. The staff are nice and helpful.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Playford. The room was spacious and shower had a very good water pressure. Easy and secure parking across the road. Location was excellent. We could easily walk to Rundle mall or Adelaide central market. Alternatively the free CBD tram stop was just across the road. The only negative thing was the bed was too soft for my liking.

Great location for relaxing city break and festival theatre. Lovely breakfast.

The room was nice and spacious. Communication was a bit tricky for the phone in the room because it has a lot of update processes to do. Ordered in- room dining and food was warm and delicious.

For holiday travel, book your room in advance Clean and tidy. It feels good to stay here 😲 Complete facilities Good value for money. I will continue to live there if I have the chance in the future

The front desk lady had a very bad attitude. We checked in on the afternoon of August 8. The reception lady was very rude. She told us about the parking options and we just asked one more question about the parking options. She responded very impatiently. This is the first time I have encountered such a bad service at the hotel front desk. Overall, the hotel is a new and clean hotel. The swimming pool and fitness center are also good

The location is very good in the city center. The room is small. Both room types have views of the parking lot opposite.​

The location is good, convenient to the Tram and train station, and close to the pedestrian street. There are also places to eat nearby

The bedding was very good! There was a small but cozy spa and indoor pool. I'm not sure if it's clean. The room was originally on the 1st floor, but I requested a new assignment and received it on the 6th floor.
