Nice hotel at great location. 10 minutes walking distance to main shopping area.  Great rooftop pool area with fantastic view The shower area can to improve as it is quite small Overall great place to stay for holiday in Adelaide

The first room we had it had bed bugs and the room we wanted didnt get it because the room we wanted was the one with balcony but i Gusse we didn’t get what we paid for

Stayed for 5 nights during a business trip. The property’s proximity to Adelaide’s central district was highly convenient for meetings, dining, and transportation. Reliable service, clean facilities, and a comfortable environment made for a productive stay.

The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay inside the property. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy on the weekend nights. There were many drunk people around, shouting and making a lot of noise, which affected the overall experience, especially when trying to rest. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend requesting a quieter room or being prepared for some weekend nightlife noise.

Great spot a few minutes walk from Rundle mall

It was ok, but not more. The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower. the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does. The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote. Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work. Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits. It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again.

The location is convenient. The room was spacious. I enjoyed my stay there.
