Avani Adelaide Residences

Room was spacious, and ambience was great. The kitchen had a lot of space, with a decent-sized sink. Bed was a little soft for our liking. Would be great to have slightly larger dining and coffee tables. Toilet can get quite chilly when it's cold.

Sadat was amazing he upgraded our room and gave us a late check out. The apartment had a good view of the city and the amenities were as described. Would definitely recommend

We were stay level 21, very quiet, nice view, location is convenient, rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is yummy. 100% will return.

I enjoyed the amenities and the golf simulator along with the movie theatres

Our Aircon and ventilation system was not working, it was freezing cold, and there were horrible footprint like stains all over the bedsheets in the master bedroom. There was also white flint all over the sofa in the living room like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks. The room was freezing cold at 16 degrees and thermostat could not be fixed. The staff was responsive and even offered us another apartment to move to but guess what - the same problem with the system there!!! We were then offered complimentary breakfast and late check out which was a very nice gesture but would I stay here again - definitely not in the freezing cold!! For this price point it was a very disappointing experience overall

The hotel very clean and shops are walking distance also close to twin tower. The service staff are very friendly and helpful.

The apartments are spread among residents - the apartment I had looked straight into other apartments which was a bit off putting! Overall very clean and huge - great amenities. About a 10 - 15 minute walk into the centre of town. Very clean. IGA next door and a pub around the corner. I'd stay here again!
