The room was very 4 star at best. Ac wouldn't adjust and windows cleaning from 8am while people want to relax seems very unprofessional. With nothing to heat any meals your forced to go out for dinning.

The most stunning hotel in Adelaide. Nothing to fault. My second stay here and it didn’t disappoint. Comfortable bed, pleasant fragrance through the entire hotel. Friendly service. Pool, steam room and gym is excellent. Will be back again for sure!

It's a domestic four-star hotel. The foreign man at the front desk has very poor service! He didn't even give me water! I've never seen anything like this!
