Stayed 3 nights , had 2 nights booked and decided to book a day early , unfortunately they could not give us the same twin room , so we settled on the king Riverview room. The staff were great accommodated the situation with no fuss taking our bags for.the short window between transfer of rooms. They really looked after us as we went out however as.mentioned they quickly got the room ready. The rooms are spacious clean have a great outlook and bathrooms are well designed and the decor is wonderful Hard to fault really , the spa, sauna steam room and a good gym. Maybe the pool which is more than sufficient, but hard to do laps if that is your thing Location next to the station , great , stadium a short walk Excellent

The room was very 4 star at best. Ac wouldn't adjust and windows cleaning from 8am while people want to relax seems very unprofessional. With nothing to heat any meals your forced to go out for dinning.

I booked this hotel for my boss and contacted them for the car park arrangement. Their staff are very friendly and helpful!

Located in the heart of Adelaide, on the banks of the Duolun River, close to the train station and the convention center. The room has a wide view, is clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance to major attractions, and the service is also in place. It is a hotel worth recommending!

Very clean. Good service. The lobby is in the parking lot and a bit hard to find.

It's a domestic four-star hotel. The foreign man at the front desk has very poor service! He didn't even give me water! I've never seen anything like this! Bath salts cost 10 Australian dollars, and there were no toothbrushes or cotton pads! Breakfast was a single order! There was a Malaysian girl at the front desk who was very nice.

The hotel is in a good location and the surrounding environment is also good, but the decoration and facilities of the hotel itself are extremely average. We have stayed in no less than 40 hotels in Australia in 10 years. This is the first time we have to wait for a quarter of an hour to return the deposit after checking the room. I think this practice should have been many years ago. For such a high room rate, the service is like this. Nothing to say. I will not stay there again.

The gym has good equipment and nice service staff. The bathtub is not cleaned 🧽, it is full of relics left by previous people. The faucet is broken and keeps dripping. The breakfast is not a buffet, but a Western food ordered.

Meticulous and rigorous management

The room was okay, a bit cold. The water provided is too little, you can go to the ** to get it. The parking fee is relatively expensive, but you can get free parking by spending 10 Australian dollars at ** every day
