My second time to book this apartment for my trip,great choice for family trip for sure

I booked for 3 units for my family and 2 other families. When we got to the hotel, there were already confusion with the reception regarding our booking with Trip.com. I was initially told that I booked for 4 units instead of 3 and have to pay for all 4. Only when I showed the booking confirmation did reception finally understood. Or so I thought because up to this writing which is more than 2 weeks since we left the hotel, Oaks is still reporting to Trip.com that we didn't check-in that day. I also had the horrible experience of the hotel doing multiple debit and credit of the hotel fee on my credit card without my permission even after we left the hotel causing my card to go over the credit limit. Very stressful dealing with them. Also the access to parking is very narrow and we even got a flat tire the next day from what we suspect is a deliberate nail from inside the parking because the following day, our friend saw a screw positioned under his car tire also inside the parking. Overall a bad experience from the hotel and would not be booking with them again.

Great location & near great restaurants!

Everytime is excellent with Oaks ;) I have not had any negative interactions ever with this venue.

Does not have house keeping. Water pressure is small from shower. Floor are dirty. Sofa is dirty.

Good location for city and plenty of space in rooms, including a washing machine. Pool much better than the pictures!

Stay at the oaks in a two bedroom apartment and I must say it was absolutely lovely! Great space, 2x balconies and a bath! Had everything you could possibly need! Staff were lovely too!

Horrible treatment by staff sorry rooms and mattress was disgusting once linen had been removed
