We used it so much. I can't say anything about the restaurant, but like the whole hotel decoration is super. The presence of an elevator was also very enjoyable as it was comfortable to get to the pool (we lived on the 2nd floor). The location of the hotel from the point of infrastructure is also successful. Yes, the yard is small, but when you rest in the cold time of the year it is not important at all. Мы брали номер стандарт с балконом и завтраками на 6 ночей. Когда зашли в номер кровати были сдвинуты, но по нашей просьбе их раздвинули и перезаправили. Кровати хорошие, матрасы удобные. Уборка в номере каждый день, постельное меняли 1 раз, полотенца 3 штуки на 1 человека + 1 шт. для ног, меняли вроде 2 раза. Полотенца все чистые, но уже потрепанные, где ниточки висят, где края порваны. В ванной комнате каждый день добавляют шампунь, гель для душа и мыло. Что расстроило немного в номере: очень мятые шторы, грязные ложки, сантехника в ржавчине. В остальном прекрасный номер, вид на внутренний дворик, где журчат фонтаны и видно бассейн. Так же место, которое украшают на праздники. Мы попали на 1 4февраля, там было установлено красивое сердце и лебеди из шаров (на ресепшене в праздник был фуршет, видимо для людей у кого все включено, т.к. нам не предложили) Завтраки - шведский стол, хорошее разнообразие блюд. Повторялись только сосиски, омлет, нарезка и овощи – остальные блюда не повторились ни разу за 6 дней. Очень вкусные вареники с сыром!!! На территории есть ресторан, иногда там кто-то поет, при заселении дают карточку со скидкой 10 % на заказ в ресторане от 1000 руб. На этаже стоит кулер с горячей и холодной водой. Там же гладильная доска и утюг. Нам было очень удобно, т.к. мы жили за стенкой. На территории есть бассейн, хамам и бани. Бани только для тех, у кого все включено или по брони. Хамам и бассейн для всех. В бассейне теплая вода. Хамам тоже хороший, но очень маленький, иногда приходилось ждать, когда освободится местечко. Есть бесплатный трансфер до/от Розы Хутор – это огромный плюс для любителей лыж и сноуборда. На трансфер нужно записываться вечером. Возят хорошие микроавтобусы мерседес. Если рано уезжаете можно заказать ланч бокс. В него входит яблоко/мандарин, бутылочка воды, сэндвич и 2 мафина. Конечно с завтраком не сравнить, но зато не нужно думать утром где и что поесть. Единственный нюанс его дают вечером и ваш пакет будет стоять на ресепшене без холодильника пока вы его не заберете (жаль об этом не предупреждают). На территории отеля очень много цветов и кустарников, есть зона для курения и беседки. Так же на территории есть контактный зоопарк, детский городок и детский бассейн – огромный плюс для тех кто с детьми. Но от живого уголка конечно же присутствует запах и иногда довольно сильный. У отеля 2 выхода: один в парк и тихую улочку, второй выход на улицу с киосками. Отель находится в очень хорошем мест : парк, океанариум, дельфинарий, остановка ласточки и море все буквально в 5-10 минутах хоть бы. Остановка общественного транспорта тоже недалеко. Итог: Отель нам понравился. Мне лично не хватило покрывал на кроватях – пришлось стелить полотенца и какой-нибудь полочки в душе – некуда поставить шампунь и т.п.

Only washed the plates and sometimes changed the towels (and that partly not all). That is a lot of stress! That's disgusting. As for food: Yes, there is, but I can't say that it's really delicious.
