Отдыхали с мужем в номере суперлюкс на втором этаже с балконом 12 ночей в июне 2022 года. Приехали рано утром, менеджер показала место, где можно было переодеться для пляжа и оставить вещи, выдала пляжные полотенца. По готовности номера, до официального времени заезда, позвонили и предложили заселиться. Номер очень просторный и комфортный, 2 телевизора, две зоны, которые можно отделить с помощью стеклянных раздвижных дверей. Большой шкаф, в шкафу утюг и гладильная доска, сейф. Огромная и удобная кровать. Современный дизайн. На балконе стол и два кресла, сушилка для белья. Чайник, ежедневное пополнение питьевой воды и чайно-кофейных пакетиков. Смена белья раз в 3 дня, ежедневная смена пляжных полотенец. Завтраки проходят в кафе на 4 этаже отеля ( в помещении или на террасе) с 8 утра. Разнообразные и очень вкусные!!! Перед ранней экскурсией получили Ланч бокс, который ни чуть не уступал завтраку в кафе. До моря 2 минуты, окно выходило в сторону моря, ночью шума улицы не было слышно. В день рождения поздравили теплыми словами, конфетами и шампанским ( очень приятно). Менеджеры очень оперативно выполняли наши просьбы. Итог: очень классный отель, ни чуть не уступает многим европейским отелям, спасибо всей команде за отличный отдых!!! Обязательно вернемся в отель!

В день вылета по своему усмотрению отель отменил бронирование просто так (якобы срок карты не актуален, хотя карта действительна!), без предупреждений и уведомлений. Со мной никто даже не пытался связаться. Увидел отмену в приложении самостоятельно. При моем звонке в этот отель ответила недовольная женщина, не представилась, разговаривала как-будто я уже что-то ей должен, и начала сходу хамить. Номер на 4 дня стоил 64 400, на мой вопрос как можно решить вопрос она даже не отреагировала, даже не попыталась хоть как-то решить вопрос, а на просьбу поговорить с менеджером ответила что это она и есть. Вобщем стена, не заинтересованы в клиентах от слова совсем. Даже на этапе бронирования сервис ниже нуля.

Очень рекомендую для деловых поездок и для отдыха! Комфортный отель, стильные и уютные номера. Чистота, порядок. Вкусные завтраки. Отличное месторасположение. Хороший персонал.Ставлю высшую оценку. Приедем еще!

Гостиница хорошая, имеет отличное месторасположение в близи пляжа (метров 100), рядом самые лучшие рестораны (типа Магелан, Ла-Луна), а также доступные по цене столовые, в том числе с восточной кухней. В отеле очень чисто, номера очень хорошо оформлены, все новое. Единственное уборка номеров в период проживания не на столь высоком уровне, делают на скорую руку. Чайные ложки не заменяют на новые, а просто кладут в ячейки те, что уже использованы тобою же, липкие на ощупь. Душевые принадлежности все как положено, соответствуют 4 звёздам. Завтрак очень хороший, шведский стол. Правда если жить там неделю и более не хватает разнообразия блюд завтрака. В целом впечатления очень хорошие, и рекомендую для тех кто хочет комфортное проживание.
