Хороший и большой комплекс с удобным расположением к морю, к парку, к транспорту, к кафе и ресторанам. Находится в живописном месте с видом на горы. Подогреваемый бассейн. Ребёнку можно взять в аренду теннисные ракетки, мячи и поиграть на поле, расположенном на территории отеля. Интересные спортивные занятия и развлечения в виде игр, мастер-классов, просмотров фильмов и мультфильмов.

Выбрал семейный квартал из-за бассейна, по приезду два дня были проблемы с телевидением (каналами связи), пока разбирались, потерял несколько часов просто не пустили в бассейн, написал претензию в журнале #42. Компенсировали трансфером на красную поляну. К сожалению проводимый фестиваль молодёжи не дал отдохнуть более длительное время.

Вежливый персонал,на ресепшн спросили,какой номер хотим,повыше,пониже. Удобная недорогая ( 300 р) парковка,много мест. В номере тихо,чисто,огромный балкон, хороший ремонт,за 10 лет даже не убили отель 😃,есть шкаф,холодильник, все,как заявлено в описании номера.в номере очень тепло,мы открыли окно. Рядом с корпусом бассейн с подогревом, но там есть перерывы в работе. Расположение этого квартала минутах в 20 от моря. У меня был день рождения, я послала необходимые документы и мне дали 20 % скидки на проживание. Разница в цене вернулась на карту в день отъезда вечером. Я довольна!

Отзывчивый и внимательный персонал. Чистота в номерах. Большая охраняемая территория. Рядом море и набережная, где можно погулять и покататься на роликах или велосипеде. Отлично подходит и для семейного отдыха и для компаний. А наличие бассейна сделало наш отдых более полезным. Постараемся приехать еще.

Зимой цены приемлимые. Не понимаю, как летом люди платят столько денежных средств за потрёпанные временем номера... Отдельное спасибо персоналу! Приехали с детьми сразу заселили, спасибо!!!!Уборка во время, всё очень приветливые)

Прекрасно все. Доброжелательный персонал, удобная парковка, просторный номер, чистое постельное, а вид какой😍 Есть некоторые огрехи требующие ремонта, но совершенно не критично. Единственный существенный минус (скорее дело привычки и вкуса) слишком мягкие и неудобные для меня подушки.

Прекрасное расположение, чистый номер. Комфортный сервис. Очень красивая ухоженная территория! Современные детстве площадки , теплый бассейн.. магазины и рестораны по доступным ценам прямота территории комплекса. Мы приедем еще. Спасибо за гостеприимный прием )

Чисто, расположение хорошее, цена/качество супер, персонал вежливый, спокойно там себя чувствую, всё в полном порядке В общем, Все здорово, только потеряла ортез на колено за 7000, а его не нашли, может, выбросили или вообще даже не стали искать

Сам «городок» отличный, классные дворики для детей. И отличный детский сад, но в номерах 50/50. Есть над чем работать, когда заехали в номере было грязно (крошки на ковре и пятна), телевизор не работал и лампочки возле кровати глючили (сами включались, то выключались)
