Прибыли с семьей в гостиницу «Морской ветер», оказалось, что весь номерной фонд находится на втором этаже. У нас три чемодана, один из которых тяжелейший. Администраторка не пришла помочь нам. Мы готовы были позвать кого-то из соседнего кафе или попросить помощи, потому что от сотрудницы гостинцы был только крик и хамское отношение. Она аргументировала ситуацию тем, что говорила: «Я столько чемоданов перетаскала, мне никто за это не доплачивает. Беременные женщины сами наверх поднимают, а вы не можете». Указала на выход. В итоге, мы покинули данное место абсурда и поселились в комфортабельном отеле с более низкой стоимостью услуг. Мы настоятельно НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ данного место, здесь работают сотрудники, не ориентированные на постояльцев, которые высказывают всяческое неуважение.
