Hotel near a shopping center, three stars but not worth one, old, dusty rooms, pitiful bathrooms, absolutely to be avoided. I even found a pair of used socks on the chair in the room, synonymous with cleaning really done with my feet, kind guys at the reception, obviously they are not to blame

We left with few expectations, we were satisfied with the service, the room was clean, despite its proximity to the motorway entrance, the hotel is quiet and peaceful, the breakfast is complete and there is a good choice of products, convenient for getting around and visiting the various towns of Lake Garda, also very close to amu*****t parks, excellent quality-price, the very kind staff made us feel at ease right away.

Assuming that I stayed only one night, given to me for my birthday together with the "Villa dei Cedri" spa, otherwise I would have trusted the reviews and NEVER booked. Perfect location, close to everything, well stocked area and just off the highway. They could make money and offer great customer experiences, but they probably prefer to make money but without taking care of their guests/customers. Although I know how much a negative opinion can hurt, I manage two accommodation facilities in Brianza, sometimes you just can't do without it. I have not found passion for one's work, the desire to get involved (see the countless negative reviews) and care for the structure. Almost non-existent check-in, just communicated the room number and where it was, without any conversation. While the girl on the evening shift, despite being very busy with the arrivals of a group, was very friendly. Dirty room, furnishings are tastes, but really not very clean. Hair all over the bathroom and bad smell, I tell you that we bought the products to clean it. Scratch win outside the window who knows how long with very dirty window. Not even taking care of the towel and courtesy set. Two towels placed on the heated towel rail in the bathroom (full of dust) crooked and badly folded, at least a little eye to make everything look in order. Nothing at all! From the room you hear everything, even the neighbor's alarm clock and then the gem of the BREAKFAST arrives. Advised during the booking, at check-in and in the dining room that the person with me is allergic to gluten, milk and all its derivatives. He'll find everything, they told me, Once he got there to make it, the person ate a batch of biscuits with jam and two mini brioches. What can I say never again! It's true who has teeth doesn't have bread and who has bread doesn't have teeth.

Hotel without fame and without praise. Very nice friendly staff, rooms a bit old-fashioned but clean and with everything you need. The breakfast a bit to review, a bit of everything placed there at random, a cake probably homemade but shapeless, it seemed already eaten, there was no butter and little choice

Upon arrival we were assigned a room without a bidet. They tell us that it was for the disabled for wheelchair maneuvering, a pity that the shower was raised, there was no handle next to the toilet and other devices and distances to be a bathroom compliant with the law for the disabled ... however they change our room. The new wide one, on the street, with embarrassing windows, outside a shed where at five o'clock the pigeons wake you up by scurrying around, fluttering, etc. full of "their little souvenirs". In the bathroom dust stuck to the walls, in the bedroom clouds of dust in the drawer and behind the bedside table where, unfortunately, I dropped a hair band that I pulled up with an elbow attached. The first morning at 8:15 we go down to breakfast ... there was only one person who, poor thing, did his best, all tables to clear, nothing to eat apart from two pieces of cake and croissants ... raw inside. I stop here. Nice and friendly staff but the three stars are not real. NO

Sono stata in questo albergo per partecipare a un corso. La struttura è obsoleta e non curata. La prima impressione entrando è stata di avere freddo e così è stato per tutta la giornata. Ci hanno dato il pranzo, direi scarsa quantità e qualità. Colazione con prodotti confezionati e caffè alla macchinetta. In camera presente polvere e pulizia degli arredi poco curata.

Ho trovato cimici in camera, nei corridoi e qua e là insetti morti nella hall. La struttura è obsoleta, fatiscente con arredi scadenti e di scarso gusto. Nel bagno lo scarico funzionava male tanto che ho dovuto usare una bottiglia di acqua per aiutare a scaricare. Doccia con portelle in plastica mal fissate . Cromature arrugginite e fondo del water incrostato. Moquette verdognola consumata e macchiata. Pulizia generale mediocre. Colazione discreta .
