Considering that it is a 5* and, on top of that, it is new, the evaluation must have a high level of demand. So we think: Reception staff are not very welcoming. They performed their role slowly and mechanically, without any empathy with customers. They didn't have a simple map of the city, nor did they know how to give basic information about tourist attractions of interest. Breakfast with a fairly good variety of products, relatively well presented, and of acceptable quality. The products were not identified, which made choosing difficult. Poor room service and delay in restocking. Wi-Fi very unstable, very weak and very slow. Good sized room, with decor that was pleasing to the eye, but with a super uncomfortable desk chair and sofa.
