Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay Resort (Ouverture en 2024)

We spent a few days there from February 1 to 5, 2023. I called to ask for a large bed and if there was work going on like in most hotels in Agadir during this period. they don't answer me at all, no work in the hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were given a room with two beds even though we had reserved a double bed! When I say that this does not correspond to my reservation, we are answered with an execrable tone: the hotel is full otherwise nothing can be done!! Plus with grimaces from the person at reception! They arrange the bed for us to make it a big one. Not even a glass of tea or water as a welcome sign, that doesn't look good. We sleep there the first night when we wake up, we hear jackhammers, drills!! In short, lots of work in the hotel, to cross an interior corridor to go to breakfast, we walk on a tarpaulin where the construction workers pass with wheelbarrows full of rubble and dust, really pleasant!! The second evening in our room before going to bed, absolute horror, full of ants on the back of the bed, on our pillows, on the sheets, infested everywhere. It’s 10 p.m. We call reception, a team arrives after 15 minutes! THE choice is offered to us to use a very strong disinfectant, we refuse to sleep with this toxic product. We try to talk, it's the height! We are offered a change of room it's after 10:45 p.m. At the end of the fourth bedroom we found one without ants, the other three were also infested!!! Moving our belongings taken from the room around 00:00!! The only word heard from the team was “we’re sorry!” In the morning at the edge of the swimming pool we try to relax, impossible with the noise of the construction from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but the sun has already set, even on Saturday and Sunday!! We ask to speak with a manager because we find this unacceptable, we are told that they are absent or sick. At the edge of the pool, a young person from the customer relations department comes to us, who seems to understand our situation but cannot do anything or make any commercial gesture!!! . Truly this stay was a nightmare for us and we will never go back there again, we advise against it to everyone! !

Un séjour fort agréable.un personnel au top. Des animateurs professionnels. Je n'ai qu'une petite remarque : il nous fallait des bouteilles d'eau minérale dans la chambre.et le lit supplémentaire n'était pas vraiment confortable. Sinon tt est parfait.on y retournera avec plaisir

Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour . Hôtel bien situé.Tres propre.Le personnel très aimable. .Un grand Merci à Mme Hasna (gouvernante d’étage ) qui veille au confort des clients et vérifie avec gentillesse et professionnalisme que nous nous manquons de rien .Merci à Mme Mouna ainsi que à l’aimable valet de chambre Mr Mounir. Mme Oumayma (service petit-déjeuner)est au petits soins avec les clients .

OUMAIMA très gentille très souriante très agréable aux services du matin toujours a l'écoute du bien être le sourire était la merci notre table prêt tout les matins par oumaima oumaima était au petits soins pour nous

Un grand merci à tout le personnel qui était constamment à notre écoute, une amabilité exceptionnelle .... Nous remercions du fond du coeur Zahira NESSAH pour son professionnalisme et son extrême gentillesse. Pour un premier voyage au Maroc, nous sommes repartis enchantés.

Très jolies piscines, le côté plage, la beauté du cadre extérieur sont exceptionnels. Et par dessus tout, la gentillesse du Personnel . La Direction est à l’écoute, femme et homme de chambre sont gentils. Une Mention pour Azdine et Mohamed qui sont si chaleureux, souriants et leur patience Avec nos enfants. Restera inoubliable. 😍
